My experience as well as others on May 18 2025 was terrible. I feel like ETSU needs to do something special for our graduates and their families. I know several families came in from out of town and due to the power outage were not able to be there in person on rescheduled day and time. Also it would be better to have the graduation stage in the center of the field so no one has to get a catch in their neck from having to turn to the left to see everything. The dome is definitely eye catching! The dome let’s you know your in the heart of ETSU. It most definitely a landmark, I remember seeing this from the time I was a kid, 25 years ago and it always intrigued me. Ive only been inside once but it’s just as spectacular if not mor than the outside. It’s just shear size is amazing!
