7 Brew Coffee — Restaurant in Johnson City

I usually love 7brew but three times so far at this location they try and serve me a smooth 7 chiller that is not mixed up , that is watery and icey. The first time it happen she told me the machine was unplugged. The second time it happened they told me the same thing and they did try to fix it but adding “flavor” to water and ice is only going to make it taste worse . I got a refund no problem. I went to this location again and it was the exact same way as before. Was not mixed and was white and icy . You could see the water on the bottom . Im not sure why they are serving water coffee but if you have the machine unplugged and then plug it in just be honest with me at the beginning instead of serving sorry drinks . I pay almost $7 for a drink. Please stop serving the chillers unless the machine is ready to serve . Id rather not get it than having to waste everyone’s time...

The vibe is always great and the coffee is wonderful with a great price too! * I did this for the free drink. Now, 1 year later, I get charged a different amount for my drink even tho I always order the exact same thing. I pay for larges and get smalls. Automatic gratuity is added in unless you ask for a receipt. Don’t tell me it’s not because I paid $19 for 2 smalls the other day and it said automatic gratuity was $7 Another time I ordered, the first guy told me my total was $6.59 (for a small which is crazy) I pulled up and the girl at the door confirmed my order but said it was $7.87…? Recently visited this location on 05/17. Got in line behind a single car, but still ended up sitting there for over 10 min without having our order taken. Why, you ask? 3-4 minutes was spent while the car was waiting for their drinks, but the other 7+ minutes was spent sitting there while two of the workers were chatting up the customer AFTER they had already gotten their order.

One of the girls even walked away for a minute to take another person’s order that arrived after us, clearly because they knew them, as they ran over and shouted “omg, hi critter!”

Once it was our turn to order, I simply pulled through and went home. I won’t be returning to this location...
