After my previous gym of 5 years closed, I was on the hunt for a new place—and from the moment I stepped into Full Strength Fitness, I knew I’d found my new home. K.R., the owner, greeted me personally and gave me a tour. This isn’t your typical overcrowded commercial gym—it has everything you need, it’s open 24/7, and it’s one of the cleanest gyms I’ve ever seen.

When I later met Gina, K.R.’s wife and co-owner, she was just as friendly and welcoming. The whole vibe here is genuine, supportive, and community-oriented.

Honestly, I hesitated to leave this review because I almost want to keep this gem to myself—but they deserve the recognition. If you're looking for a serious, no-frills gym with a great atmosphere, this is the place.

And as you can see in the video… even the ducks love this place. Must be quack day. 🦆 I guess they signed up for the team membership.

I have been a member at ITC for nearly ten years. Like they say, this place is more of a community than a gym. I've participated in TEAM training under various trainers over the years: Terri, Kelly, Aaron, Vik, K.R., etc. All of the staff at ITC has been so encouraging and welcoming. I am the former owner of this gym. Three years ago, my husband and I had the tough decision of whether or not to accept a fantastic opportunity for my husband in Texas. The only thing that kept us from immediately saying yes was our amazing gym community, our gym fam. I prayed and asked that God would bring us new owners that would not only take care of our current members, but take the gym to new heights.
