O'Reilly Auto Parts — Local services in Johnston

I paid a visit to this Oreilly's location around noon time on Nov. 7th to get my battery tested & to possibly rule out why I was having issues starting my car sometimes. I came here to give them a chance due to my unpleasant experiences at their competitors' auto parts stores. I must admit...they did not disappoint me whatsoever, A+ customer service. From the moment I walked in, all 3 store associates were very helpful & eager to assist me. I told them about my starting issue & Corey came outside with his gadget to check my battery. Per Corey, my battery, starter & alternator was good. He then informed me that it could be 2 other possibilities of why I'm having starting issues & to get those double checked by a mechanic. Corey provided excellent customer service...their competitors should take notes from him. I told Corey I would definitely not hesitate to return if & when I need any auto parts....

N. Smithfield store was clean and in order. The assistant manager helped me out with the right part the first time. I was driving to a job site, when I stopped for gas, my truck wouldn’t start. I called a road service for help, said the alternator wasn’t working. I found an O’Reilly auto store 1.3 miles away. I got a jump start and made a “B” line to there. Good Evening! I am a very pleased, and happy customer, having to stop in today. Being made aware that I needed a back brake light, I happen to be on Route 44. Upon entering the store, not just one, but TWO workers greeted me, and asked if I needed help. Frankie assisted me, so professional, sincere and willing to help! Frankie was so kind and helped me right up until I left the parking lot. I give him a 10 for being such a great worker! I will also do business again...
