My husband dropped a battery off to be charged and tested on a Friday. He called back Sunday and the gentleman who answered the phone said he would have to charge it and test it. My husband asked why? The man said because he wasn't sure that it was charged. My husband told him he seen the staff put it on the charger Friday. They ended up giving him a new battery because it was under warranty, but itvwas not a die hard battery like the one that was exchanged under warranty. The second incident was the other day. He called to see if they had a duel filter for his truck. The guy who answered the phone said yes we have 1 in stock and told him the price was $64.00. He stopped to pick it up, the price went from $64.00 to $112.00. He asked what happened to the one thay was 64$. Guy said I can't find that one. It was literally an hour what do you mean you can't find it!?Not to mention, the entire time the guy was waiting on him, he was chomping on some type of stringy candy smacking his lips together...so...

Super helpful employees! Very knowledgeable and helpful! I went in for a set of new wiper blades and while that may be thought of as "easy", the salesperson was very polite, quick, and knew what needed done. He helped out with getting a coupon, and then offered to out the blades on. I took him up on it because I figure that they are much more the professional with this and they do it everyday, I do it maybe once a year. He had the blades on lickity split, and one of his co-workers (maybe the manager?) was outside doing something else and he just came right on over to help/oversee things and it just really struck me as a well-run team.
