Ordered furniture twice now. First order was cancelled by the Aurora store, because this one was closer to my home. Well... I called this store after waiting a couple of days to place a new order and they informed me that I would receive a call when the furniture arrived to their store next week. A day later I receive a call informing me that they would be delivering my furniture the following day between 3pm and 6pm. Great news right? Wrong. I receive a call at 3:30pm (day of delivery) informing me that they are getting their driveway paved and cannot deliver my furniture. Then my husband calls back and inquired further after which they claimed they would still deliver the furniture today as promised. Well... it is now 6:39pm. 39 minutes after the delivery window. No furniture. We called the store again and the employee states, "we told you we were short staffed today." Super annoying to keep getting the runaround over some couches. I am so glad I did not pay in full. We may have to cancel this order if it doesn't arrive today as scheduled. Terrible customer service. The store should have called to inform us they were running behind the delivery window. No new estimated arrival was provided during the last phone call and we have no idea when to expect the truck....
   Read moreHorrible customer service , had a couch for 2 months then the sectional back came loose. I called repeatedly for a month , they blew me off. Aaron's sent 2 separate delivery guys 2 weeks apart to "repair" both times not returning my call after that . Today 4/7/17 I came in the store because I was told a manager would be in, I explained to him about the issue and he said he would find another matching part to the sectional ( not to mention they told me the same thing the first time they came out). I also mentioned to him that my payment was due and that I should not have paid or be paying for a couch that's falling a part. His response was that I'm "not paying for the item ,your leasing it", I told him to come take the couch out of my apartment, I filled a complaint with corporate, BBB and I also will follow up with small claims for a refund of all the money I've invested if I don't receive a response from corporate.
Also this day i made my payments for the 2 other items I rent , I'm not poor and I'm not trying to get "free rent", treat your...
   Read moreTerrible customer service. Delivery was horrible brought the wrong things had to take things back and then come back another day. Told me they would be there between 4 and 6 pm got there at 9pm. Then they forgot the dryer cord which i had to go out and buy. They then said that they would credit the dryer cord from my next payment when I emailed them the receipt, but no one seems to know the email address. Morgan was suppose to call me for weeks... no call. Then i get a call from Steve the account manager who is obviously a miserable person because he is the most ignorant person on the face of the planet.. he was calling to schedule a pick up. Obviously Steve and Mogan who are both manager do not communicate. I feel sorry for whoever franchises this Aarons because those two are single handedly flushing that business down the toilet. Worst Customer service and most unprofessional people i have ever had...
