We have been blessed in the Joliet area for years to have a family owned used car dealership that, in my mind, is like no other. I purchased a 2013 Nissan Altima after I was involved in a car accident earlier in the month. I contacted Bill Chignoli from Chignoli Auto and from the get go Bill and his staff were extremely helpful, friendly and accommodating to all of my needs and requests. There was zero pressure from their staff. I explained my financial situation and expressed interest in 8 cars on the lot that I had looked at online. He helped me narrow it down to four cars, all within my price range. Bill helped me see the positives and negatives of the four cars.
