When soaking off the dip, the tech drilled over my cuticle taking off skin. It was turned up extremely high, she was moving fast, and looking more at who was coming through the door than at my hand. She apologized then sent me to another tech to finish. After I left she asked my sister in law (she was getting serviced too) was I mad at her and that she was scared. I took offense to the "scared part" because when it happened I simply accepted the apology and moved on to the other tech so why were you scared? I definitely won't return. That was my first time going there and most definitely my last.

Went in Saturday for a fill ($45 plus tip) and the next day (Sunday) my polish came off. Went back Monday and asked for a different color entirely since I figured the polish might be old or expired. Was charged $20 for a polish change (plus tip). Okay, fine, whatever. That same day, Monday night, after a shower they bubbled up and the polish peeled off of 3 fingers. Went back Tuesday and they repainted those 3 nails for free but here we are on Wednesday morning and the polish is bubbling up again after my shower. So far I have spent $80 and 3 visits and havent been able to make it 24 hours without the polish lifting! Definitely not going back a fourth time, or ever again. Ive been getting my nails done for 20 years and have never had this issue anywhere else, and I used to clean houses and be rough on my nails- and this never happened! A simple shower shouldnt...

Went in today with my daughters to get our nails painted. They just recovered from surgery and were looking forward to getting out of the house and feeling normal again. The employees were rude because we didn't want gel nails and asked for regular polish. I tried to explain my reasoning and was ignored. None of the techs even tried to speak with us the entire time which is a shame. I took my daughters to cheer them up, not to feel awkward. $60 for a bad experience and the paint job was awful. Spots not painted, lumpy in other spots. One of my daughters got cut during the process, no apology, guy just kept going. We won’t be back.
