The Fancy Attic — Local services in Jonesboro

If I could give 0 stars, I would.

On September 25, 2021 my husband went here to look for colognes that he could add to his collection. The worker gave him 2 to smell and he said that he’d take them both. She did not sell him the ones that he picked (maybe by mistake, idk) but she ended up giving him 2 of the scents that he specifically told her he did NOT like. I have called this store 10 times (twice a day since he’s gotten them) not even to complain but just to ask what the return policy is but now I am writing this review because it’s ridiculous how a store has a customer service number connected and yet not a single person able to pick up the phone. I work as a customer service representative at Kroger so I know how busy stores can get so you can’t answer the phone but for 4 days now? I don’t think so.

Also, I have no idea why my husband chose to go to a thrift store to buy cologne but if that’s what you’re thinking about doing… DONT! The price may be good but the scents are not...

I love the Fancy Attic. It is a very nice,clean store and I would highly recommend anyone who loves to shop to give them a try. You never know what you will find, it's a fun surprise everytime you enter a new booth! Everytime I buy something its always an original and very unique. People ask me where I get things and when I tell them they can never find it because there are no guarantees it will ever be there again . It's not like the inventory where they can just order more.
