I should mention that the Fowlers no longer own the franchises in Jonesboro. They sold almost all of them to some guy named Chris, i think. There was an article in the local newspaper about it. You can look it up. This must be why the customer service is below average.
At the 12:00 lunch hour, this place should be busy. Now i see why it isn't. We get there and we are told "the computers are down". A very nice employee takes our order, writes it down , goes to the back and enters it somewhere. Meanwhile, other customers come in and are waiting with no one to greet them or inform them that they will be waited on. We sit down and wait for our food. No ice in the fountain drink machine when i went to get my drink. It's the lunch rush, why isn't everything stocked and ready? When it finally comes out the only way we know that our food is ready is when some other employee walks out smacks the bag on counter, turns to leave and yells out, "Y'ALL ORDER READY", as if she's talking to her own kids or cousins or something. There were 5 other people in there, how do the customers know whose order is whose? It is as if we walked into somebody's home. The manager was at one of the registers taking another order when this happened and she didn't even bat an eye. Our orders were correct and nothing was missing. No smiles or any kind of friendly service except from the initial employee that took our order and she was wearing a bonnet like she was at the salon. I sure hope the manager addresses that unprofessional and extremely lax and casual service from the employee that delivered our food to the counter. The manager and employees might benefit from some life coaching. It seems they have problems/situations at home or in their lives that is causing them to have a negative outlook and dismal attitude thus affecting the customer service. There was also an employee hiding out in the men's bathroom. My husband went to use the facilities and a young man was in there complaining and mumbling to himself that he was "tired of being here, i wanna go home." Well, guess why the ice dispenser was empty? Yup, because the employee whose job it was to refill it was hiding out and whining in the bathroom. Read moreWorst taco Bell ever. 5-8pm usually the Drive thru is at least a 20-30 minute wait every time I have gone there, and I live close by so it's been quite a few times. The last time, last night will be the last time I will go there. My wife ordered 3 taco supreme meal crunchy tacos, I ordered the nacho Bell grande meal with a crunchy taco and a beef Frito burrito. After a 10 minute wait we get the food we drive home and began to separate the order. I found 3 open wrappers containing disgusting looking soft tacos, not crunchy as ordered, a nacho supreme, not a nacho bell grande as ordered, no taco for my meal and a Frito burrito that was flat like a quesadilla and had 3 puncture holes in it. Management should be fired and employees should be retrained or fired too. Always missing food, wrong food or just plain nasty looking food from here. Management, why when cars are stacked up in line waiting for food do we see lots of employees walking around inside, smiling and laughing constantly flowing in and out of the managers office just past the drink machine? Read moreWorst place in the world to go eat. Food is always cold and always old. Employees are rude and act as if they have btr places to b than where they are at. They treat their customers as if they are stupid and beneath them. Especially some of the management team members. Not all of them just a couple in particular. My family waited over 30 min inside before finally someone came up front to take our order along with the other customers that had been there waiting as well. Their fountain was out of ice when we tried to tell someone, the mod was heard saying "what does she want now" very rudely. Finally someone brought ice out after another 20 min wait. When we finally got our food it was so old no one could eat it not even a dog. They were not that busy at all so there was no reason for their service and food to have been better than what we were given. I will not be returning nor would I recommend to anyone not even too my enemies. There is only one person in that place that showed any kind of friendliness and acted like they cared about the customers.
