This a cute shopping mall. There is a Walmart , gas station, dollar tree, and fast food in one area with a few other stores as well. We stopped at the Taco Bell first. This was such a good Taco Bell! from the ordering to the food. We were greeted very politely and not rushed. When we got up to the window we accidentally pulled a little too far and the cashier was very patient and smiling even though there was a line behind us. We did have to wait for a portion of out food to be made but it was worth it. The food was warmed all the way through and the chalupas were soft like they're supposed to. I haven't had a soft chalupa in a while. If you're at this Taco Bell I hope you get the same crew because they were really good.
The Walmart is good, the customers seemed to be frequent shoppers and were in and out quickly as there were a good amount of parking spaces available and becoming available within 5 minutes or so. It might have been the time of day which was around 11 am. The workers were average there wasn't any one person that stuck out in an overly good or bad way. The store was clean and I was able to find what I needed and there were no problems or wrong pricing at the self checkout so I was pleased with that and was able to get in and out quickly. The last stop i did here was the Doller Tree. They had three machines out side the store feont which made it look unsightly as well as a group of Dollar Tree employees sitting off the the side smoking and seemed somewhat closer than I am comfortable with as I am sensitive to cigarette smoke. I liked the set up of this store, the flow seemed nice and i felt i was able to look and not miss too much. I also liked the fact that it wasn't a Dollar Tree Plus or Family Dollar combined store so I was able to keep track of how much I was spending without worrying that something I put in my cart was a differentprice. The bathrooms were out of order and freezers weren't fully stocked, the customer service wasn't rude but wasn't nice. I am glad we weren't hassled and didn't feel like we were being watched or singled out. I enjoyed my shopping experience here...
Ā Ā Ā Read moreFairly standard for a Walmart. A variety of products but not as many as a store focused in one area. The store is average as far as cleanliness and customer service. Newer employees are friendly and helpful. There are never enough registers open and the dependency is on self check. Which is annoying when you have more than a few items. Several types of products are behind glass cases now. Which means I have to check out multiple times and return to shopping for whatever else I need. Finding an employee to open a case is difficult. Occasionally the employee that responds to the case in HBA treats people like they're potential thieves and makes an embarrassing display out of carrying contraceptives to the front registers to purchase. For some reason you're not allowed to pay for them in the pharmacy. But you're allowed to pay for anything else there. If I need something specific and I don't have time to wait for it to be shipped I'll go here. If it's related to automotive repair and maintenance or home improvement I'd go to O'Riley's and Home Depot, respectively. Otherwise I'll get it from Amazon or my closest...
Ā Ā Ā Read moreIt's a good place to go of you need to stop to get groceries and other things like crafting and cheap gifts from the stores around it. I just don't recommend to go to that taco bell there, costumer service isn't the best and after they took your order they will tell you 20 mins before closing time that they don't have any food left and they are closing now. Also for some reasons Jonesboro customers don't seem to know how to park up there when waiting for an order, they will park in the middle of the road so you can't even get in if you come from Walmart. But oh well...its Jonesboro, people here won they're drivers license from a gum...
