AutoZone Auto Parts — Local services in Jonesboro

I called to see if they had a radiator reservoir cap for my vehicle. Guy answered and said they have caps but that I'd have to come in see which one would fit, he couldn't look it up. I didn't want to drive 20 minutes to AutoZone if they didn't have the part. Seemed strange, so I looked it up on their website and it said they did have one (why I could look it up but the man working in the store couldn't, who knows!) So I drive all the way up there, just to be told they don't have one after all.. I will drive half a block down to road to go to O'Reilly's Auto Parts...

Everybody was very kind, thoughtful, helpful, and caring. I honestly had no clue about some of the parts I was getting or putting into my car but with every piece I bought I asked what it did and they explained it to me and it's function. They gave me a run down on the easiest way to change the parts by myself. In all I bought a bought seven to nine parts for my vehicle and with the explanations on all of them I was able to put them in with ease. The post was entirely in error, I guess I need to train my fat fingers not to wander. In all seriousness I have always been impressed with the counter folks and if they don't have an answer to my questions they will find out and let me know....
