I will describe ALL of my experiences.... They have YET to get an order right! I have only been here 6 or 7 times in the past two months. One time I got a meal free because they forgot about my order! All the other times they have forgotten something or gotten it wrong. I have literally been here 40 minutes now waiting for them to correct the order. I just asked for cheese on my tots and that was 22 minutes ago! Last time they forgot to add sugar to the Tea. The time before that they forgot my drink all together. The first time I came here they got the drink order wrong..then the dessert order wrong! I come here because I keep telling myself that it won't be bad again.. It is always bad. How can you bring out a drink with no straw? If I ordered and paid for cheese on my tots, why does it take 22 minutes for me to send it back and remind them TWICE to bring me my food?! A total of 40 minutes waiting on tots with cheese from the first time I pushed the button till they brought it out finally correct! This is rediculous! I've said it the last few times I came here, I won't be back. Its a shame there isn't good selection when it comes to places to eat...

We've ordered Sonic through DoorDash at least 25 times this year alone, and nearly half of them have had items missing, burnt, or completely wrong entirely. One time, we were even given someone else's order. Since we don't pick these items up in person, we have no way of returning them.
This last order was the straw that broke the camel's back. Everything in it was wrong, with the exception of a couple. We call Sonic, and they person who answered was very rude and hung up in my wife's face. My wife call's corporate and is on the phone with them for nearly half an hour. She had initially tried to get a refund on the items that weren't ordered by us. All they would do is offer a coupon in the same amount as the items.
At this point, she's sick of asking this employee for a refund, and hangs up. This is ridiculous. The items she tried to get a refund added up to a whopping $14.00, not including the three that were correct. So apparently, this Sonic location thinks that $14.00 dollars was enough to lose two customers who were loyal, despite the constant mistakes on our...

Yes, we could have checked sooner but I was giving the benefit of the doubt. Now our ice creams are melted. The fries are cold. The burgers were warm thankfully.
I understand how the mobile app works. I donāt appreciate how I was treated like I was stupid. A simple āIām sorry about that. Iāll check into that (even if you donāt) and let someone knowā or a ālet me ask for a new sundae and shake for youā would have went a long ways. Customer service is definitely not a strong suit with this location.
