Burger King — Restaurant in Jonesboro

9-2-2025 WORST BURGER KING EVER!!! Don't waste your time. Rudest staff ever. Called 3 times before going to see if they had stuff to make Impossible Whopper, but no one ever answered the phone. Ignores customers waiting at register. The food was cold. The order was wrong. Asked for hamburgers with no onions or ketchup and got cheeseburgers with everything that was NOT supposed to be on it. They forgot the fries. Was charged for large o ion rings and got a small order. Went to register to ask for the fries and was given fries that were undercooked and cold. They don't like making the Impossible Whoppers so they lie and say they don't have the stuff (happened twice) This was my third attempt to get the Impossible Whopper. Went inside to ask if they had the stuff to make it and she smirked as she was turning her head to asked if they had the stuff. The restroom was FILTHY and smelled like dead rats. Made us feel.like we were wasting her time to take the order. Another employee came on shift and sat down to play on her phone. Best part about it was throwing it in the trash.

Waited at drive thru had to honk horn, almost just left because no one would answer. It wasn't busy at all. 2 other vehicles just left that were waiting after I placed my order. Cashier was talking to someone over the counter. Drive thru window was open, manager was eating something at the register area. When the person that took my order was high as a kite and couldn't get my order straight. I ordered a large 8pc cheese sticks. I blew the horn and asked for a refund and cashier finally came to the window and told me I didn't need a refund and asked what I ordered again. She said don't worry I'm going to go drop the myself. I never seen her again. I could hear yelling and that was going on when the young man came out to get me my order. He seemed so embarrassed and just squeezed my hand and apologized it took so long and was very polite and told me to have a blessed day. I felt so bad for him. This Burger King is a disgrace to Burger King name. First off I bought some chicken nuggets. They were like rubber. I take them back. The manager catches an attitude with me. They have a child running around behind the registers and he kicks his shoe off. The manager picks up his shoe and puts it on the counter. And then turned around picks up my bag of food after she has already handled a shoe that's been on the floor and hands it to me. It should be on camera. It just happened today at around 4:28pm to 4:30 p.m. if I was the health department I'd shut them down. I worked for Burger King for 7 years as a manager and I never saw anything like this Burger King in Jonesboro, Louisiana. Something needs to be done about their Manager that was on shift today. That's not including children in the back around the registers. This child was about 4 to 5 years old. Everything they did today is against Burger...
