Feasty Panda Oriental Buffet — Restaurant in Jonesboro

So I was having a good day until I stepped in the restaurant thinking the food was gonna be good and fresh, but man did it take a turn for worst. We got sat down and the very nice waiters asked us what drinks we wanted. And I didn't think about it when they said they had Diet Coke but I shouldve seen that as my first warning. Because all the Chinese restaurant corporations that I've been to I've always had to get Pepsi which I've always complained about until now, but now I know. Then I went to get my food and there wasn't very much Chinese food which is understandable since it's a buffet. I'd have to say the only thing that was decent was the crab puffs but even then they were bland and stale. Also one more thing we went in around 5ish and the food was quite cold. Which doesn't make much sense, since it's around dinner time, yet the food tasted like its been there since this morning maybe even yesterday. The noodles were literally spaghetti noodles, when we scooped the garlic chicken it stuck to the spoon. The beef and broccoli was slimy and looked boiled. They disn't even have sushi. We were there not even 20 minutes, everything was so bad we actually considered to just leave without paying. The only reason we left a tip was because we felt bad for our waiter. The food was pretty good alot better then before, but honestly I think they need to change the fried rice recipe and the Lomein recipe the noodles had a good taste but it didn't have nothing in it, I believe they need a bigger noodle and add some veggies, also while the food was better its a buffet they should cook like it, start making fresher food that taste authentic Chinese they are definitely in the right direction but not there yet. As much as the change I believe they should add more qnd better options rotate out what u make add sushi 🍣 and if yal need help with making a new menu have a tasting, book all your table and charge a little fee for people to vote on whats good, add some coconut glazed shrimp. Was the only person in the restaurant. Was placed at table drink arrived. After not did anyone ask if I needed anything. It was late in the lunch schedule, food on buffet was limited understandably, but you would at least expect service coming by to at a minimum ask if there was anything else needed. Refill on drink, anything that they could get from the back. But attendant was more concerned about his phone the his costumers. I have been a customer to this location for a number of years.
