Disappointed with my Dysport experience with Dr. Verona Brown. First, I was taken back more than 30 minutes late for my appointment, which was especially problematic because I was on my lunch break from work. No one bothered to call me to let me know they were running behind. I could have gotten lunch in all that time I was sitting waiting for them to take me in the room for my appointment had they bothered to communicate what was going on. Instead, the assistant twice came out to tell me it would be just "a few more minutes". I explained some of my facial concerns with the doctor as well as my previous experiences getting Botox. I specifically said twice to her that I wanted her to do FEWER injections than what she thought that she would need. I had already had a past experience of receiving too many units of Botox/Dysport before. When we were done and I asked how much she had injected, she said it was probably more than what I had been getting in the past when I was in Little Rock. She did the opposite of what I distinctly explained I wanted!! Now, I have no movement whatsoever in the upper half of my face! I barely have any facial expression. I can't even open my eyes really wide. Trying to look up makes my brow and upper lids feel very heavy. It's not enjoyable. I appreciate that she ensured that my brows did not actually drop and give me droopy lids, I don't like having my face be overdone like this. I asked her to air on the side of caution because we can always do a follow up to do more, but we can't take away too much. And here I am with too much injected. Lastly, I asked for a receipt and was not provided with one. I didn't get an email receipt nor will they print one out for you. Nothing showing proof of how many units I was injected with, nor even proof of the doctor's name that my money went to! I had to go to Vanstone's website to find out her name and google her to find her credentials! A professional place needs to do better and needs to provide...

From the moment I walked in, I was impressed by how clean and well-maintained the entire establishment is. The attention to detail in cleanliness really made me feel at ease.
The staff are exceptionalâfriendly, professional, and incredibly knowledgeable about their services. They take time to answer all my questions and ensure I was comfortable throughout my visit (i am a little high maintenance) Itâs evident that the entire team is passionate about their work and genuinely cares about their clients.
