I came to the Popeyes tonight. I order 2 piece all white . I didn’t get my other white meat . I called them immediately told them . I went back the store to get my other piece of white meat. I brought the same box of food that is seen in the picture back into them and told them . They gave me the other white meat. Some the young employees were standing around on there phone and others were doing nothing.One of employees said as I was leaving the Popeyes that I did receive my all white meat. I left the Popeyes only to discover that I paid for a meal . I didn’t receive any fries but paid for a full meal. I called them and a immediately again ask to speak with a manager.The person I was talking to describe me what I was wearing when I came in the store first time . The person was young . I know I wasn’t talking to a manager. I told them that I didn’t receive my fries. They wanted to write my name down in the book for free fries . I told the so the person I was on the phone with I wasn’t happy and I will not be back nor will I want free fries. I also let the person know who I was talking to that I was calling corporate. I did call corporate. Corporate wanted to give me a voucher for fries. But nobody offered to give me my money back or nothing . If this the behavior that is going to be tolerated. Read moreSept. 13, 2024, I went to place an order in drive thru. I let the cashier know I had a coupon from the survey on the back of a receipt. She immediately told me that I had to come to the window to place my order. I thought that was strange. When I got to window, a manager was at the window. He wanted to see the receipt. He looked the receipt over as if it was COUNTERFEIT MONEY!!! By this time, I was NOT HAPPY. I felt like he thought I was a CRIMINAL!!! The receipt has a validation code. If you type it in and it's not valid, YOU WILL NOT GET THE ORDER FREE!!!!.........DUH!!!!! The food was not for me, SO I DIDN'T DRIVE OFF. I asked the manager was this a franchise owned Popeyes. He said , "YES "! He was RUDE!! I went to the other Popeyes on Red Wolf. Same scenario. But, I ordered at the drive thru, pulled around, gave the receipt to the cashier and got my order. I asked for the manager. She was very sweet and explained that there was no need for me to go through what I had just experienced. I guess I will NO LONGER go to the HARRISBURG LOCATION!! I know someone who use to work at that location. I see why he QUIT!!!!! I will say that the evening shift managers I MUCH MORE POLITE!!! But, in the end, that location doesn't need my money. Read moreWe went through the drive-thru at 8:30. We ordered a 5 piece chicken strip meal and a chicken sandwich meal. We got pulled up along with 2 other cars. While being pulled up a worker came to the window to ask what we were waiting on… our ENTIRE order was the answer. So he asked what we had. Instead of checking the ticket, he brought our order out incomplete. We had to go inside to get the rest of our order. When we got home with the food, we were extremely disappointed. My fries were just dumped in the bag. The biscuit was hard as a rock. My chicken sandwich was pure grease and butter as if they took an old bun, dumped it in grease and took an old piece of chicken and put it back in the fryer to heat it up. When I tell you I couldn’t have spit that bite of chicken sandwich out any faster. Seriously, the WORST experience. I called to talk to the manager. He made excuses. Said there were new people.
