His & Her Cuts — Local services in Jonestown

So I have had many colors done in my hair and been to many salons. Let me just start off by saying his and her cuts was hands down such an amazing experience that made a lasting immediate impression on me, i recently had purple hair yes the purple people eatter color hair and i attempted to high lift my own hair and oh boy i didn't have that one. And needed an emergancy on the fly color correction. Not only did on her day off but the owner of his and her cuts reply instantly to me with so much help but had helped her employee gather the correct supplies needed to do my hair on her day off! And I felt so welcomed as soon as I entered that door I was not pushed aside and I was not made to feel like I was a burden. I had Elizabeth do my hair and she was so sweet caring and explained everything so well and didn't make me feel like I was neglected as she was doing another color processing treatment at the same time. She not only had so much knowledge but hey everyone she actually listened to my wishes and followed through with them she was so understanding and I never go into a salon because I was always treated unkind and pushed to the side or made to feel like I was a burden. Never once had this ever crossed my mind at all. Elizabeth stayed after she was done for the day to see my hair through. By the way it has turned out amazing ... flawless. And even at 930pm at night the owner still made sure that everything was great and not only did you make a first time customer but you made a life long customer with me! In my own opinon this salon should not be underestimated, it is 5 star quality and the work done is top notch. They have hit the nail on the head in...

I had started to rate this salon 5 stars, then today I went in to get my summer highlights.... well it was a bit crazy for me and the other employees. The original stylist was not even sure how to foil and then someone realized that she was doing it all wrong. But thank God for the owner and manager for the communication skills and my hair was finally fixed.... 5 hours later. Ugh, I was unhappy about the cost of the services. $450.00. And I wasn't told that price ever. I almost fell over! But I was calm and paid the bill. The owner has been in contact with me and she is willing to work something out for me to get some money back. That is a true businesswoman. She is working for her clients and not only herself. I have switched my rating to 4 stars. She deserves that, as well as the manager and other two amazing employees. Top tier best haircut I've ever gotten and for a very good price. This is the best place I've ever gotten my hair cut and it's the best haircut I've ever had. This place is comfortable and has very good vibes like it's the first time I've gotten my haircut where I wasn't facing a mirror the whole time and maybe some people like that but I don't. I liked that I was facing a TV and I still chose to close my eyes the whole time. But I was just so happy with my time there because I just feel so much better physically and mentally after leaving. I will definitely figure out who cut my hair and edit this review so I can give them some credit.
