Frostbitez — Restaurant in Jonestown

What a horrible place.

My FriDay was Free and I planned on meeting the Customer at Frost Bitez for My compensation.

I walk up to Frost Bitez window pouring sweat from the bicycle ride to JonesTown. I simply asked for a complimentary cup of tap water or complimentary cup of ice since My Wallet wasn't with. An older lady with black framed glasses took the pleasant young Lady's place and refused, to wet My Pallet. I says, "I'm pretty sure there is a Law, against refusing your fellow man tap water on a hot and steamy Day."

So I turned tail and marched through the parking lot to the Mighty Swatara Creek and sipped Her Water in Good Faith to Hydrate. Praise THE LORD! Any other man or child could have had been hospitalized because of Frost Bitez Greed over tap water to their Neighbors.

My Customer arrived and handed Me Cash. I was still a little dry so I walked back down to the Mighty Swatara Creek and sipped Her Water in Good Faith, instead of giving a cent to the Greedy Frost Bitez.

I normally don’t write reviews or complain. My family and I love coming here for ice cream, servings and prices are great! And service is usually pretty good. Well yesterday the service was absolutely horrific! The girl taking the orders at the first window was absolutely miserable and giving my family an attitude/eye rolling. And messed up to of the things we ordered. My son ordered mint ice cream with sprinkles. And they tried to hand him a twist. My son wasClearly upset, so I told them what he order and we got another eye roll and the lady grabbed it and brought back what my son actually order.. we olso order a larger sundae and they tried to hand us a small. And when told about the size.. eye roll AGAIN! When our family of 6 finally got all our ice creams. We got to sit and eat, but multiple people ordering after us all had messed up orders! Everyone that was working there YESTERDAY made our visit horrible because they all had attitudes!! Not sure if we will...

Their ice cream is great, great portions but the workers aren’t the friendliest or understanding. The girl taking orders started taking my order and stopped me mid order saying she’ll be back. I had to repeat myself, where I asked for their hot fudge sundae that comes with peanuts and I asked for it without peanuts. When my order came out it had peanuts and when I took it back to the window, barely touched, I had to dig in their as I saw peanuts under the whip cream, their response was “well that’s how it was rung up.” So then the girl went back and got maybe the owner, or someone older than her and she argued with me and my father stepped in saying I’m allergic. She then agreed and said they were fixing it. The whole interaction could have been avoided with a simple we will fix that right away or sorry about that we will get...
