Used to love this place. Nice and local. But after tonights attempt at dine in thats over. Ordered a meat lovers stromboli. After over an hour my fiance has already finished her salad and i had nothing. It finally get brought to me i tell them just make it to go theres no point in me eating here anymore. It dissappears for another 40 minutes. So when i get up they just chucked it above the oven labelled to go. So i leave with it, get out to my vehicle and find its almost cold. I go back inside to tell them im not happy about that. And i get told that i can wait for another one, or get my money back. I said just give me my money back, and after she does, i say i guess ill just take it home and reheat it myself. "Well why did i give you your money back if your just going to keep it?" Maybe because somewhere in the near two hours ive been trying to eat your crew has been rude. When i asked for it to go your employee half ignored me just to walk away. Its a shame what poor staff can turn a good place into.
Edit: Now here again on December 13th. My mother orders a plain cheese pizza, and they give us a 4 inch thick crust pizza with the cheese stuck to the lid. Your second/late shift crew need to get themselves together if you expect to maintain any kind...
Read moreWe’ve been trying out Pizza Town for about a year, each time hoping that our bad experiences were just a fluke since other locals in the area seem to love it so much. I’m offering two stars because the customer service is usually excellent in the restaurant and we do love the good selection of drinks and beer, but I’m sad to say that’s mainly the only thing we go to pizza town for anymore. Their pizza toppings are always canned and not fresh (tried mushrooms, onions, peppers (green and sweet), and jalapeños) which is sad that I can go to Dominos for half the price and get fresh ingredients on my flavorful pizza. Same story with pizza town Stromboli’s. For the quality of the canned menu they’re offering, the food (especially the pizza) is overpriced. We even tried cold subs there, which were bland and we ordered Buffalo sauce and there was barely a drizzle on it (skimping on sauces to be stingy? On top of already overpriced food?). The only thing I really like from pizza town is the pickle pizza, but it’s expensive and nothing extraordinary. Sorry to say, but we avoid pizza town now after wasting so much money on bad/mediocre food, even though it’s the closest pizza shop to...
Read moreI hate leaving a negative review because they are delicious, however not very forth coming in the sizes we told them we had 5 people in our party we ordered a stromboli, 12 wings and thought 3 slices of paninis upon arrival and pickup they handed me 4 boxes and suggested that I ordered 3 whole paninis ( thinks size if large pizza, they could have said that when we pressed them exactly what we were ordering). I would order in person I will never order over the phone again and probably not be back for a while as I felt like they really took advantage of a situation when they knew we were not familiar and mentioned multiple times the amount of people (5) we were feeding they told us the stromboli would be more than enough so how they justify selling the same party of (5) 3 whole panins, the size of large pizza they could have said but no. So a very expensive lesson for me ( one that I know I will never wait to get price at register ever again) but also one for them as I now leave this review and will let everyone know to be wary...
