I recently purcased a shirt that was pretty expensive. It did not fit properly and I atempted to exchange the shirt for the right size (I didn't attempt to wear the shirt and get my money back). The man working informed me that he could not exchange the shirt beacuse I had worn it. I put the shirt on and tucked it in and realized that it swallowed me up. I purchased an XL, which is my size, but it was way too big. He insinuated that I wear cheap clothes and that his shirt was superior and was in fact correct for an XL (there was no need for that insult). In the end he refused to take back the item(It was brought back the day after purchase). It cost me the price of the shirt to find out not to do business there. More and more businesses seem to be adapting a "turn and burn" mentality. I am sure that if you don't have any problems with an item then the store is fine. But, according to my experience, if you do have problems, Lee's will not work with you. Shop...
Read moreI am very disappointed in the customer service my husband and I received this evening! We arrived to the store at 5:52 which is 8 minutes before closing. As we walked up, a female employee came and locked the door! We were parked by tge door, so I’m sure she saw us. I then knock on the door to get her attention and she just looked at us along with the other employees No one came to the door or acknowledged us! I then called and spoke with a young lady who apologized and told me to contact David tomorrow. My husband knew the exact shirt he wanted and we would not have been there past 6 pm. This is horrible customer service! I believe that stores should honor their posted store hours and lock doors at closing time! I will call and talk to David tomorrow to make him aware of how his employees are damaging his business. But I will not be purchasing the western wear for my husband from this store. As an African American woman, this really does not sit...
Read moreWent into Lee’s looking for some good durable work boots. I was greeted upon entry and offered assistance by all of the ladies and gentlemen at the front. I was allowed to browse freely without feeling pressured by any of the employees. A young lady was near the boots and answered any questions I had and helped me select the right pair of boots. Everyone was very helpful and polite. The store itself had a great selection at really good prices. The merchandise was organized neatly and the aisles were easy to navigate. The variety of products and price was very good compared to big box stores like Boot Barn and Atwood’s. If you need boots or western wear, Lee’s is the...
