Sat at the speaker for 5 minutes before anyone answered. Then in line to get to the window a bee flew in my car I tried to get out of my car to get away from it and there were a lot more bees outside. At one point I had three bees in my car and one crawling on me. And when they open the window I told them that they had a lot of bees out there and that I had about three of them in my car just then and she goes oh okay sorry and I was like yeah y'all should probably do something about that. handed me my stuff and goes be careful. Thankfully I am not allergic to bees nor do I freak out like crazy when there are bees but that could have been very dangerous and she did not care. The only reason they are getting two stars is because I actually got my stuff if I had not gotten my order or something was messed up they would be getting zero stars. I wish I had gotten the lady's name at the window but I was more concerned about the bees in my car that she did...

We ordered a venti peppermint white chocolate mocha, hot and the new drink, Cran-merry orange refesher. We very specifically repeated both drinks to the cashier. And this person had the personality of a board. She was either getting off her shift and didn't care or that was her normal everyday attitude. Needless to say, both drinks were made incorrectly. The peppermint mocha was made cold and the cran-merry was made with coconut milk. When we told the staff of the errors, all three gave us attitudes. And they proceeded to make the drinks wrong, again. When advised of the error, again, the staff rolled eyes, threw the drinks in the trash when my husband suggested they give them to someone else for free and proceeded to show more poor attitude while...

I am a regular at this starbucks and have been for over a year now of nearly daily visits to this exact store and the way this man behaves appalls me. I have never met someone so entitled, so rude, and so holier-than-thou than the manager of this store. Do not waste your money at this store if you want a manager you can trust.
Edit: it was brought to my attention that this exact employee, Marcos, saw my review and then proceeded to stalk my Google reviews to find out my identity. This makes me feel extremely uncomfortable and unsafe. Something needs to be done about this, it is unacceptable behavior from any employee, let alone for Starbuck's high customer...
