Whataburger — Restaurant in Joshua

I came into order a chicken sandwich with JUST mustard, lettuce, and pickles on it. I said it literally 10 times the lady kept saying it wrong back to me and kept telling her "no ma'am just mustard pickles and lettuce is all I want on the sandwich nothing else" I got a chicken sandwich with lettuce, tomato, and mayo. I went back in and told the guy I can't have mayo and he said he'd fix it so he left with my sandwich. He gave me the same sandwich with mayo, tomato and lettuce but ADDED mustard, pickles and lettuce to the bottom bun. The bun was so thin and smashed because of it.... I'm allergic to raw eggs and CANNOT eat mayo and it needed to be redone completely.... I threw it away and went to McDonald's... I'm not the type to confront people and get upset but this is ridiculous... You don't just take someone's sandwich to the line and "fix" it... What if I would've done something insidious to that sandwich which contaminated the surfaces.... Just unprofessional...

latoya at this location is very very rude. I came in on opening day hoping to get some lunch and have a good experience to tell my friends and family about. But when I walk in latoya is being so rude when taking my order I almost cancelled it right there and left. But I still was hungry so I stayed. While I was waiting 8 minutes for my food I hear Latoya just up there being rude to every other employee she has and to another manager named April. April was so nice and polite walking around up there! I would come back for the delicious burger and for April, but I really hope they do something about latoya before I come back again. I’ve been waiting for this store to open for so long, I live literally across the street. Food as always was amazing and...

I have never seen a whataburger worker sound so positive! I also work in the food industry, so i understand when employees don’t sound over joyed to be there, really I get it completely. However, the employee on the drive thru on Oct 22nd Wednesday night made me feel very welcomed and helped me through ordering my burger and making changes to it!

The food is definitely some of the better whataburger I’ve had, I don’t usually get burgers but it was pretty good!

Would definitely recommend this location versus the burleson or cleburne ones. Also, the wait times at other locations always are so long, which once again I do understand honestly, but this one was pretty quick especially since I made changes to the normal burger! Will be coming...
