The baristas at the Fort Riley PX are not good at simultaneously preparing mobile and in store purchases efficiently. Additionally, there were not good at addressing customer concerns with the delays and were very rude when speaking to customers. I recommend retraining them on customer service and efficiency.
Patrons ordered using the mobile app prior to the arriving at Starbucks and others placed orders when they saw the long the line with about 15 customers. The customers in the line received their orders ahead of the personnel who order before arriving at Starbucks and the customers who place their order using the app. One customer waited over 35 minutes for her order and it was only when she inquired about her mobile order that she was told the product was not available to complete her request. The barista that told her about the issue with her order did not offer a substitute and told her to contact the mobile app center to get a refund after waiting over 35 minutes. Unbelievable.
Shout out to Doris at the Mini Express Starbucks. She has great customer service skills and treats her customers...
Ā Ā Ā Read moreI always order my refreshers with no ice because I don't like cold drinks. At this Starbucks (Fort Riley PX), the staff consistently tells me they canāt fill the cup without iceāunless I specifically ask to pay extra. Even then, they act like itās a hassle and are often rude about it. Today in a rush, I placed a mobile order and couldnāt find an option to ask for a full drink. As expected, I was handed a half-full trenta that didnāt even fill my venti cup at home. Iāve never had this issue at any other locationāmost places kindly offer the option to pay more without the attitude. That said, the drink itself was deliciousāwhat little there was of it. I understand they are likely following policy, but I would gladly pay more to get a full drink. In that regard, Starbucks needs to provide that option in-app and Fort Riley baristas need to work on their...
Ā Ā Ā Read moreI always give a place a couple of times before I truly determine how it is over all. I worked in this type of industry for about 5-6 years so I totally understand having a bad day. However, all but 1 time I have been in staff was rude, talked more amongst themselves then even caring about the customer, sometimes thereās a group of several employees talking while one makes all the drinks and sometimes takes orders as well. Itās also looks dirty and unkept most times Iāve been in. I would definitely recommend the one in Junction City. I have been to that store on multiple of there VERY chaotic days and they are still so nice, the store is kept up with in terms of cleanliness and they donāt rush you let alone make you feel like your...
