I have had two pen vapes break down on me within a month period of using them when I follow the maintenance procedures to a t. Both times I was refused a refund and they placed the blame on me claiming that it must have been something I did to mess the unit up. They were rude acting like it was my fault making excuses every time claiming one problem or another when I justified that I was following the proper methods to clean and maintain my vape. I've been told two entirely different ways to clean, maintain and keep my unit in working condition and when I spoke to someone else about it they said it was wrong and were rude as if I was lying. The juices are fine but they do not know wth they are doing in my opinion and are out to rip people off. One excuse was that I wasn't changing my boil often enough which is supposed to be around 200 puffs yet I change it weekly and only take probably about 150 puffs. It was hitting just fine at first and then started hitting all by itself, we were sitting in the car and heard a weird noise it was coming from his vape.. weâve never had this problem before with any of our vapes but my husband was pretty upset because that was his last one. She gave me her honest opinion about everyone of the ones I asked about. I got the URSA NANO & loved it. Yesterday afternoon it just quit working. So I changed the pod since I had ran it out thinking it was my fault. Still wouldn't work so the charging port was blue. Completely charged it & still wasn't working. I took it in, explained to the guy what it was doing. He had me take a hit to show him. He looked it over & didnt see anything wrong. He checked to see if it was charged & it was.
