Junction City Bowl — Local services in Junction City

I am attempting to do a party event for my platoon after the great kansas weather throughout the winter. We had 59 days of field training (sleeping in the field). A simple party being able to get us all together, and enjoy some time away from work. We asked for a group discount for 30 people. The event would cost us approximately $100 an hour for the hourly rate putting 6 people on 5 lanes to get one game an hour in. When you're trying afford this for your soldiers in order to allow them to completely enjoy an event without having any financial obligations.. this is not something i can afford for 3 hours. So i called back in to see if we could find a better deal to have this a little more cost effective. The team lead working comes to the conclusion, they could charge us $15 dollars an hour per person.. if you do the math, don't worry, I will do it for you. Comes out to $450... how does this make us a deal? Now you're trying to get more money per hour. Makes no sense at all for us...

I was very upset. I am shocked. My husband and I went to the bowling alley here today. We ordered from the cafe. We ordered 1 cheeseburger, 1 order onion rings, 6 chicken wings 1 pretzel and 1 large pop. The young lady at the counter was very nice and sweet. We went to sit down and an older lady that worked there said very loud and rude omg I can't believe they ordered so much food they ordered everything and you have to cook it all and there is only 2 of them shame. I was so flabbergasted that she would have said that. When she realized we heard her as I said something like it wasn't that much she walked away. We will never go...

Ball return broke down many times. We got the one hour bowl and we barely made a game since we had to wait every time for them to fix it. They were pretty rude about it. Hubby ordered some food and was told it takes 20 minutes, wouldn’t be too bad. After 30 minutes I went upfront to see when our food was ready and I got told that two birthday party orders were before us and one order needs to be filled and then they would start on our order. Needless to say, we didn’t even want the food anymore. Good thing they refunded us the money and we left to go bowling to Manhattan to little apple lanes. Waaayyyy better and way nicer...
