This experience was not good. It was busy, but not like an gour wait or anything. We checked in and the hostess told us it would be about 15-20 minute wait. No problem. The hostess was calling names but you couldnt hear her she was very soft spoken and had to ask her several tries what name did she call. Then about 15-20 minutes in. She was seating people who came in after us. She then called a couple who we were talking with the whole time and they had to correct her by saying, "shouldn't they be getting seated, they were here before us?". She looked at us and asked my name again. I told her and she looked at her list and had us crossed off as beeing seated already. How, i dont know as we had been sitting right at the hostess station the whole time. So onward we go....we get seated and given menus and such. I see 4 wait staff look at us, turn away, no one taking at least a drink order until a gentleman who was running his life away asked us if we had been helped yet, 10 mintes in. He sunk his head when i told him no....but he was quick to take our drink order and also took food order since we had plenty of time to look the menu over. The food was quick to come to the table and was good. Bacon was a little under (very limp) but ate it. If the kitchen was not that backed up to where we got our food faster than we got seated, it seems a possible front of the house issue needs to be looked at. Need a hostess who can speak a little louder or use a microphone, to call names from the waitlist, and wait staff, no matter who's table section, someone should take a drink order with in the 1st 2 minutes someone get sat. Oh and also....ALL FEMALE STAFF should be required to wear a bra. One "large" waitress who was doing tables next to us was not wearing one and was in no way in my opinion, professionabley representable for the...
Read moreSo I ate there on Friday(for breakfast), my credit card didn't post the payment until today, Tuesday, and I realized they overcharged me $2(my check was $15.40+$3 tip=$18.40 but I got charged $20.40). It's not a big deal but at the same time, I feel like somebody didn't do an honest job. I would hv tipped more if my drink didn't come almost at the same time w food(very last) when everybody else had theirs(We came in as a party of 11). No problem since there were 2 other parties before us, they must have been too busy but when my waffle and chicken came, I definitely wanted to return it because the chicken pieces were like yesterday or the day before being reheat. The waffle on the other hand was really yummy. I don't mind eating again but the act of charging more than the amount I wrote down was disappointing. I hope it's just a mistake. It could hv been my fault for not tipping enough(15%, so they had to charge 25%?) but I wonder if this happened to all my friends. I regret not taking photo of everything, the food and the check. Now I hv no evidence. A reminder to self: do...
Read moreWe had the worst experience due to cold food, terrible service. Multiple times we had to go find someone and ask for napkins, silverware, coffee refills. We ordered the Halloween apple pancake special, they were out of apples, so we said just make them w/out the topping. So, when we went to pay our bill, it was $31 for 2 of us, thinking our meals were $8.39 each. When we questioned it, the waiter said since we didn't get any of the topping on our pancakes, he had to make it a regular breakfast meal which was 11.89. (The special we ordered is made with regular pancakes!) So, because they didn't have everything and we just told them nevermind on the toppings, we payed the amount of an entire other meal. When we asked him to let us see our receipt, he "didn't " have it. The manager was hearing all of this and when they directed us to her, she was completely fine with how their service was and the pricing on our ticket. We even politely let her know we will Never be back and we have a family of 7 and that didn't seem to bother...
