Buyer beware. Me and my fiancé were planning our wedding and we went to Tiffaney's florist to order our flowers. After speaking with her we felt she was decent and honest and that she would do a good job. She did not.

We paid for everything up front. Our order was simple. 3 bouquet, boutonnieres, a swag of flowers for the archway and some simple flowers for the table. I told her that we planned on being married outside under an archway, but that if it forecasted rain we would move inside and if that would be a problem in hanging the arch in a new location that we named, she assured us it wouldn't be a problem several times. We paid $70 for the swag alone.

The day of the wedding came and the flowers were delivered. The bouquets for the bride's maids were very small. Much smaller then we had discussed. And some of the flowers were fake! I did not order fake flowers nor was the price I paid for for fake flowers. When we arrived at the wedding ceremony there was no Flower swag in the location we had agreed upon, as we had to move the ceremony inside due to rain. In fact, the flowers I had paid for couldn't be found anywhere. Turns out she said she couldn't hang them, although I have heard from sources she didn't really try. And on top of not hanging them she took the flowers I had paid for back with her. Not even leaving them for us to enjoy on a table or anywhere!

When we called her for a refund for the swag alone that we did not receive. She told us she could not give a refund as she had ordered the flowers and paid for them. When we corrected her and said that SHE did not pay for them, WE did, she was unsympathetic and only offered us half our money! She further insulted us by saying we never stated it would possibly be indoors, calling us liars. And she hung up on my husband. Very poor and unethical business practices. She stole from us and did not provide the service promised upon. And her work with the flowers we did receive was shoddy and fake.

She has not returned our calls nor provided even the half amount return she promised. I hope this will help someone else not to make the same mistake that we did by going with this unethical woman and her poor...

Really disappointed that my requests for the flowers to be anon were not respected when she told me they would be. She immediately outed me. I was also told that she called me sending the flowers, a guessing game? she did what she thought was right for the situation but in reality it wasn’t her business to intervene on. Not professional or kind. You don’t know our life or my story regarding the flowers. & don’t you dare respond to this putting anymore information on the internet about the situation. Just wanted to warn others that your wishes for flower delivery may not be respected if she thinks she knows...

I have always visited Tiffany's shop for all my floral needs. She has a huge selection of gifts appropriate for any occasion. She is genuinely helpful and today's visit was no different. I have some recent mobility issues and her shop's structure made it easy for me to access it and she offered me assistance, which was appreciated. I was at a loss for what I was looking for and she offered to make a nice arrangement for a very fair price.
