Wish I hadnât come to this place for a screen repair. They either are selling low quality screens that burn out quick or arenât installing them correctly or possibly both. Came here for a solution but ended up with another problem. The technician installed 2 screens prior I left with my phone because she had problems with the 1st one already before I even left. After I left my phone screen lasted only about 16 hours before it just black on me while using it. I took my phone to another shop and they tested all of the components on my phone to check if they mightâve been the issue but they all checked out and it was a low quality screen that was the issue. So I got a new one and itâs lasted weeks so far with no issues. I went back to this place for a refund of my old screen since I was at no fault and they only offered me a partial refund without any good reasoning as to why I couldnât get my full refund. I don't know why the screen cracked, I know I didn't drop it or abuse it in any way, in fact I was being extra careful. My only guess is either the screen they replaced it with was garbage, or the tech did a bad job. Anyway, I spoke with the tech who did the "repair" along with the owner. I was told I could get a $30.00 discount and was given an excuse why the couldn't honor the warranty I was promised. I'm out $170.00. Never going back, and neither are any of my friends. The guy in front was already in a bad mood (I understand, bad days happen). He looked at my laptop and battery, took a picture of it and said that he ordered the battery and it would arrive within a week and cost $45. He said he would call when the battery arrived after taking my information.
