Jack in the Box — Restaurant in Jurupa Valley

Went to have a dry ultimate cheese burger and mini taco's the food was good and the person taking my order great! Except the lady giving out the food she really needs help in customer service and being tentative she tried giving me a whopping whole 2 hot sauce packs that where in the little clear container I asked for hot sauce and was told it's right there instead of looking I politely asked again for more hot sauce and she started to look at me funny then look down at the empty sauce container and with disbelief she angrily stormed off to get more like I was being bother some. Great way to keep customers returning. I feel that these mega corporations don't care and it shows in their employees. Management needs to remind their employees that they represent the face of the company leave your attitude at home we as customers don't want to deal with it! I hope some upper management in the corporation reads this and...

Update below original review; I like that they stay open (kinda) late... but the customer service isn't great after a certain hour. The girl in the sweater tonight must've really been having a bad night or something because she actually scowled at me when I had to ask her for my card back because she only handed me my receipt and food. It felt like she shouldn't be working the window or taking orders if she doesn't like being there. I mean, I had to ask for my card AND my drink.

Honestly the worst jack in the box I have been to. I live local and decided to try this place again in over a year since my food is usually Luke warm or stale. So today I went again ordered a double smash burger and a cluck combo. When I got home with the food for me and my kids, both sandwiches have no pickles and my burger was a single but I was charged fir a double the fries are old, hard and stale. I am so sick of this place management needs to step it up. $31 for 2 meals and some chicken nuggets which were definitely soggy is definitely not worth it this location should close or get way better management.
