I wrote this message because one of the staff members was giving us the runaround and being rude when we canceled for personal reasons, the way Marisol handled our situation was not professional and made it seem that she wanted to keep our money. Finally the complaint got to the director of the school and she took care of us professionally and kindly, we got our refund in full. We understand that every tree has a bad fruit hopefully Marisol learns from this experience and try to address situations that she can’t handle to her superiors..As a business owner I reward my employees when they take good care of my customers and their belongings, we all work hard to have what we need and to make a better future for the next generations to come. Please do not be enticed by the low cost of their program. I completed the English cosmetology course and it was extremely disappointing. We barely learned about hair and the curriculum consisted mostly of esthetics. On top of this the school is unorganized,on countless occasions I discovered that my hours were missing or did not add up. My instructor also seemed to not be update to on any trends and any time i questioned anything about the class or school they were very combative with me. If I could I would have definitely invested in another school. Ms Gabby from administration who is charge of your hours mishandled time severely. SUPER RECOMMENDED THIS IS MY SECOND TIME COMING BACK TO THIS SCHOOL, They have the best teachers and the best classes in my own experiences, I have taken the 100 hours course and right now going thru the 480 hours course for the Electrician trainee card (ET Card) with the teacher Anibal Perez always attentive and pretty patient with all the students.
