Wienerschnitzel — Restaurant in Jurupa Valley

Inconsistent, and lazy guys there on the weekends. That about sums it up. The male manager that's usually there is awesome, as well as the lady's. There's a particular product that I usually come back for. Months ago I started having inconsistent feedback...every other time I go I either get somebody that tells me it's discontinued, or if it's one of the older ladies, they look at me like Im crazy for even asking if they still have it, like "duh, of course we do" and then ring me up for it.

The two younger guys that are there sometimes (Juan is one of them), I'm convinced, are just too lazy to get it for me. Then I ask them to add something to my dogs, get home, and as I'm writing this I opened the bag and find my add on item in a cup....wth?!?!?

Tbh, Weinerschnitzel is already WAY over priced for what it is. If this is the best they can do, and won't even have what I want when I DO decide to go, then I'm over it. I...

I ordered the special that they have for the 5 chili dogs for $7.95... Lately, the chili on the hot dog has been put on sparingly. Unlike how it was a year or so ago. I ordered extra chili on all 5 dogs and the person repeated my order twice and both times he confirmed the extra chili on all 5 hot dogs. He let me know that it was going to be an extra $2.00, so I agreed and when I got my food home for the family only one chili dog had alittle bit of extra chili. I love their chili dogs, but this is giving me second thoughts to return for another visit. Another reason I'm debating on returning or not is because I'm not suppose to eat the buns and they use to sell me a cup of chili and I was also able to buy 2 weiners without the bun and they called it naked dogs and not charge me for the bun. They quit doing both and if I wanted just the weiner part of the hot dog I would now have to buy both the weiner and the bun....

The 5 stars rating is for the manager who's name I just learned is LaShawn. Outstanding customer service!! I know during lunch rush, there are so many orders to fulfill and sometimes not all orders come out as accurate as they should, and I was one of the customers who were less fortunate today. It's a defeated feeling when you go to get lunch during your lunch break and end up with something you didn't order :( So I called to speak with the manager, LaShawn, and she asked for my work address so she could deliver the correct order. How nice is she?!! I don't know about you, but I know I wouldn't have thought to deliver an order especially in this heat! I'm glad she did though because she's restored my faith in excellent customer service! Kudos to Wienerschnitzel's hiring personnel for hiring grade A management!
