I've been going to Stater Bros literally my whole life being a life long dirt person in the I.E. and I'd say they have fallen tremendously sadly after Jack Brown’s passing. What once used to be a outstanding industries best produce and meat counter has turned mediocre at best if not trailing their competition. Whoever is running the show now should understand that some times following and being able to continue your predecessors success and legacy is much more of a accomplishment then failing by changing a winning formula because your ego won't allow for anything that isn't directly your idea. Or it could really be Mr. Brown was one of those very few that can formulate their passion and knowledge into something that people just don't see, but an environment that people can feel. But that's just one man's opinion. RIP Mr. Brown you really were the jewel of the inland empire, and I admit I took for granted your creation of an exceptional super market environment when I stepped into another super market and instantly felt the absence of the unspoken strong family, and community pride you instilled in every single store location. To the people in charge I'd give this advice, the attention to detail and providing the industries best produce and meat counter will allow you to have and retain the loyalist customer base a super market chain could ever wish for, especially with the SoCal's finest people... I absolutely love shopping at this store! Every time I come in from the cashiers, to the deli and butchers , everybody Is always so welcoming and helpful. Shout out to all the butchers that always do an amazing job.Keeping the meats fresh and looking good for me to buy, Derrick, Gilbert, Juan, and Sergio 😊 And a big shout out to my favorite cashiers! Always so fast efficient and on point, Miss Terri, Angy, Danielle, Carlos, Nestor, Sal, and Sarah and Lena (who are also store managers! And I can't forget PRODUCE! My wife went in to get things for our daughter and the cashier didn't close out the previous customers transaction so he charged her for my wife's items. The other customer left in a hurry and said don't worry about it. My wife came to the car to leave the bags in the car and the customer waived at her to come back inside. She did and the manager said they would have someone pull the items to rescan everything and charge My wife. She came to the car to get our daughter and when she went back in. The manager then asked my wife if she brought her bags back in to scan everything even though she said she would have someone pull the items. This whole situation took 30 minutes and the staff was very unprofessional. The cashier and the manager need better training for these situations. We are not coming back to this location and we recommend you don't either. They might charge you for another...
