Never had an issue until today. I went to buy the B2G1 for a penny deal. Normally you can Mix & match or buy whatever flavor flower you want. This year, guy said that it was only 3 to pick from & as I looked they only had 2 of the 3 flavors available and 1 of them the % was very low. I made the comment that this was a weird deal this year but I chose the White Truffle Black label. The guy who was helping me then makes a smart comment to me saying that if you don't like it you can always go somewhere else. I looked at him & asked are you getting smart with me bro? He proceeds to say it again. At this point I am upset because you never talk to a customer like that. So when we get to the register he was at...there is a lead or manager there. I start to tell how how rude he was and what happened and instead of addressing the real issue with her employee, she repeatedly kept interrupting me as I was talking saying, " It's a "She" not a "He". Literally, everytime I continued to talk she kept cutting me off because I wouldn't refer to "Him" as " Her" when I was talking about the issue & his rudeness. How rude!! Finally, she called security and said that she was refusing to serve me because she kept correcting me to say "She" instead of "He" & because I didn't say "She or "Her" when referring to her employee I had to leave & couldn't purchase my 3 packs!!! Are you serious? I have no problem with whatever "He" or "She " choose. He wants to wear makeup & a dress that is their right but to totally disregard your customer telling you about how disrespectful your employee was because I look at him & say he instead of what you want me to say is outrageous!! Bottom line if you put lipstick & a dress on a pig it's still a pig!! Same goes for a man. And when that same man comes at a REAL MAN foul & rude he will be treated like a man whether he has lipstick & a dress on or not !!! WANNA ACT LIKE A MAN WILL BE TREATED LIKE A MAN.....PERIOD!!! Feeling the need to try to make me or any other customer adhere or conform to your way of speaking or thinking is wrong...PERIOD!!! YOU DON'T HAVE THE RIGHT TO FORCE YOUR AGENDA DOWN YOUR CUSTOMERS THROAT!!! TERRIBLE WAY OF THINKING AND TERRIBLE CUSTOMER SERVICE!!! My friend has been experiencing really intense back pain and the meds heās prescribed donāt help. I asked the budtender what she recommends for pain and not only did she introduce me to Happy Fruit, but she explained how the CBD and CBG in them work! I also asked for a recommendation on something for the anxiety I was experiencing around his chronic pain. I let her know sometimes edibles gives me anxiety so I didnāt want one that would do that. I asked about the Kiva brand because itās vegan friendly and I know I can get it in Chicago (sadly I canāt get Happy Fruit according to weedmaps š). Her recommendation was really thoughtful on the effects, duration, and onset. Iāve never experienced such awesomeness at a dispensary before!
I came in 1/2/25 around 3:30pm and she was on the right side with blond hair and bangs- you are a fantastic cannabis connoisseur!
I like this dispensary has a free parking lot since itās on a busy street. The security staff is really friendly too, this was a great visit šI wish they were in Chicago, they have great prices here! Oh yeah, and they take debit cards for a fee, no need to go...
Ā Ā Ā Read moreHorrible experience tonight long line I went in and there was two separate lines which they were calling people from the right line only I literally watched them call about five people before they called one person from my line so there's no order whatsoever there with the line process. Then from the moment I walked in the little short security guard girl was staring me down pretty tough I greeted her I got no greeting just a straight face I got to the counter she came to me and told me back off the counter with an aggressive look circle around me I asked her if she had a problem she did not answer she just looked at me aggressively and walked around so I asked for a manager and the manager said oh I'm sorry you feel that way and walked away and was useless and about as sharp as a bowling ball if you asked me. She seemed under experienced maybe not too professional herself and not too concerning with the issue that was happening in their facility. I will return and hope for a better experience if not I'll just write another bad review. I will reach out to the security company and put a bad review on their page as well.
