I felt the need to leave this review to let everyone know that Mark's business is exceptional. I have nothing but positive feedback to report.

Communications, service, quality of workmanship, turnaround time... Perfect. Easy five stars from me.

My Rolex Date Just is around 15 years old and has always worked perfectly up until a few weeks ago when it stopped running entirely. I brought it to a local certified Rolex repair shop for an estimate and came back with a proposal for $900 to repair the mainspring in addition to several other components. I suspected something was "up" did not trust the estimate even though it was a very well-known, upscale certified repair shop.

I started searching the Internet for alternatives and came across several options that seemed decent, requiring me to mail in the watch for diagnosis and repair. After calling a few locations I called Mark.. To my surprise Mark picked up the phone, after hours, on the weekend and had a discussion with me! Combined with the other positive feedback I had read on google and Yelp I was sold. Anyone that puts in that kind of support into their business prior to making a sale is worthy of further exploration.

Long story short, I sent in my Rolex, and although Mark was a bit backlogged watch other repairs he told me exactly when my watch would be up for review in the queue and immediately responded to all email inquiries.

In the end all my watch needed was a mainspring, it was approximately $250 to completely disassemble the watch, lubricated, replace all seals and replace the broken mainspring. I just got it back today and it's working great and comes with a one-year warranty. My initial gut feeling was correct, that other upscale watch shop was just overcharging for components that weren't even malfunctioning. When it comes to fine watches it's similar to finding a mechanic for a luxury car, it's REALLY tough to find one you can trust and when it comes to my watches Mark is my guy from now on!

Updated January 25, 2023. I reached back out to Mark about 3 years from the last service he provided. As with the first transaction, this too went smooth and without any issues. The watch was returned with a higher level of security than I remember the previous transaction and I was quite pleased with that attention to detail. The watch looks refreshed and is running fine, I just need to confirm that it will keep time while stored in my Winder which I why I sent the watch back to Mark earlier this month. I would highly recommend him for anyone needing watch services. I found Mark by accident when grumbling to myself about the $700 fee that Mayor Jewelers was quoting for the service journey back the the Rolex "blackbox". I sent an email inquiry to Mark, which was promptly answered, and learned that he could deliver the same or better service experience for my Rolex for less than half the cost I was currently quoted. At first I was a little skeptical, but then Mark pointed me to this review site and it was here that I was blown away with the very impressive portfolio of glowing reviews. I decided to take a chance with this service alternative and recently received my watch from Mark after about 3 weeks. My watch is 20 years old and in pretty good shape, but it was returned looking refreshed and handsome as ever. Sending the watch to Mark turns out to be a much more comfortable option than to the "blackbox" as he was very proactive with updates and status of the service. I'm guessing you receive many letters like this.

I just received the Rolex you worked on and I'm like a kid on Christmas morning. The watch looks better than when I first bought it way back in the summer of 1969. Back then, once I put it on I rarely took it off - working on a car engine, building a house, swimming in all of the oceans and the larger seas in the world - I always had the watch on my wrist. This watch is like an old friend that never ages - at least on the outside. I have passed this wonderful, beautiful little mechanism on to my son and it will ride with him and his children into the future.

It is highly likely that your son will be caring for the watch, and perhaps his children will too. I wouldn't want it any other way.

2018 Mark Sirianni is the Best! I have a collection of Rolex watches and Mark has serviced each one with absolute perfection. His excellent workmanship and attention to detail allow me to give him my highest recommendation. When you get your Rolex - or any watch - back from Mark it will look like new and perform like it just came from the factory. If you call his shop, he is the one that answers the phone.
