Inferno Studios Tattooing — Local services in Kane

Initially my experience with Bob was great. I had waited YEARS for my day of the dead girl tattoo. He customized it as I requested and was very personable throughout the session. I asked for black and gray with pops of color in her eyes(blue), the shamrock (green) on her forehead and blue streaks in her hair. When we finished he said “after it heals, if there is anything that needs touched up just call or text me and will set an appointment to get it fixed.” Great right? Well….when it healed, the blue streaks in her hair were basically non existent. Her eyes and the shamrock were GREAT! But the blue shading in her hair was barely visible. So I reached out, I called, I texted, I sent messages on Facebook. More than once…Got NO response. Paid $500 for the tattoo and was met with complete unprofessionalism after the fact. This was a few years ago and I was never going to leave a review, I was just going to forget he and that shop existed but I am looking to get some new ink and unfortunately ran across their shop in my search results and had to share my experience. By far, hands down this place is AWESOME!!!!!! The atmosphere is like walking into your living room. You are greeted when you walk in the door, 6 tattoo artists, merchandise to buy such as t-shirts, body jewelry, etc. We have gotten a couple tats done in the last month and can not be happier!!!!!! Not to mention we are returning in 2 weeks to fix an existing tattoo previously done somewhere else. IF YOU WANT IT DONE RIGHT THE FIRST TIME THIS IS THE PLACE TO COME!!!!! They don't hold up to what they say. Pay extra money for a simple tattoo and you will get free touch ups. Contacted about touch up and nope, will have to pay min.$50. It's not my fault you let go of two artist. This shop has previously had fines against it operating before they had a health permit. Seems like they keep changing locations when they get a bad reputation or get fined. Here is an incredible idea...stop doing bad business and you won't have to keep moving. Very bad business.
