All staff have been respectful and very kind, including the gate guard, office clerk and receivers. This earns them the one star. The very negative experience regarding this location is their slow unload times due to not having a large enough facility to conduct business and handle the volume of product. My delay to get unloaded is from no room to unload my product into their facility. Also it is a filthy, muddy place. Don’t wash your truck before coming here and wear shoes or boots you can wash, hose off or throw away. Such a disappointment from a company that can afford a paved lot and better facility. There is no hard surface at this location. Even in front of the docks and where chocking trailer tires is done in the mud. It’s truly an embarrassment to their company and their leadership. They sacrifice quality facilities for greater profit, now at the expense of a horrible review and a horrible reputation that I’ll be proud to communicate to general public in every fruit section of every grocery store I enter. Don’t buy Del Monte fruit. An filthy exterior always translates to a filthy interior where your fruit is being held. This place is muddy and gross. The sign at the security building says check in here first but no one is in it. So I park and wait, no one shows up to the security building so I walk to the only door I see in front of me and the door says to call a number, no one answers. So I ask another driver, just wait in your truck someone will show up eventually he says. 45 min. Later still no one so I go wandering around the lot looking for another door. Found one by the docks I saw drivers coming from but the door says drivers arnt aloud in with out an escort or its trespassing. I just open the door and yell hello till someone answers the only reason this place got one star is because when I finally did find someone she was really nice. And they...

They are always late loading trailers from this place .

They also need to hire reliable people who stay in the guard shack and know how to do that job .

I Called and knocked on these doors & rang door bells and nothing , wasting my time here…

Super trash waiting for someone to answer…. I don’t recommend this place.
