The worst Taco Bell experience EVER!!
1 chicken quesadilla, 3 dorito locos tacos and some nacho chips and cheese... all ordered with extra meat.
The pics first of all... that was my order of chips, with not 1 or 2 cheese cups but SIX!!! LMAO!! And then the tacos... if that's what the prep guy calls extra meat, then I feel so sorry for his female friends.
And then the original quesadilla had only 5 pieces of chicken on it..
I took it all back and asked for their direct district manager, not the store manager but God only knows this reflects on the store manager's ideology. I got my tacos remade and my quesadilla, and got my chips filled up also..
WHY CANT ALL THESE CHAIN RESTAURANTS HAVE CONSISTENCY FROM ONE TO THE NEXT?
Oh..and let's not forget the drive thru guy!! Thankfully my food was made on the line closest to the inside register, bc the drive thru guy would sit on the other food line in between cars... with at one point, his damn underwear would be touching that counter!!! The only reason I got the food was bc he was..thankfully..on the other side and not where the food was being prepped!!
And if the managers or any higher ups see this, the drive thru guy was wearing a white hoodie, blue and white high top Nikes, and black athletic pants..
I've been to this TB location 2-3 other times with no complaints. But this time would be and will be the last time!! I hope to see this place closed down soon if they can't hire any better or any more decent help than what I interacted with tonight!!...

They first mixed up our order saying that their fryer was not working offering us twisty cinnamon sticks instead...husband and I looked at each other wondering why they would need a fryer for soft Burritos. Once they sorted out that they hadnāt been working on OUR order they took FOREVER for 2 of their larger specialty Burritos weād ordered. When we FINALLY got them they were so soggy that a bowl and a spoon would have been a more appropriate way to eat them. Just couldnāt finish eating mine and ended up tossing it halfway through. Note: we did not order ahead. It seemed like EVERYONE who had though was put on through in front of us. People kept pulling out of the drive-through while we sat and waited and waited and waited. There was no offer to compensate in any way for mistaken order or the super long delay. We are generally fairly patient people and not overly demanding. Everybody who drove on through with their food probably had no issue. I guess we were just ālucky?ā... not! Wonāt be stopping here again. Next trip on our way through town weāll choose...
Ā Ā Ā Read moreI am absolutely disgusted and infuriated on how I was treated tonight. First we had been waiting for at least an hour for our food, and they were out of almost everything. They didnāt tell us when we ordered and paid that they were out of all soft shelled items, and more. Someone screamed it from the back kitchen. They substituted everything in all of my friends orders, and didnāt tell us. They said they didnāt have any soft shells but it appeared that was a lie, not only did I get my soft shell burrito but I also got metal in it. It looked like a metal nut and I spit it out and went to the counter, the woman I talked to snatched it away and seemed high. I stood at the counter for about 5 minutes with no one around, they must have been having a meeting, we asked for a refund and the lady accused me of putting the metal nut in my own food, and said that she called her manager and counted the bolts and that they were all there. She was very nasty to me and rude for no reason. They didnāt apologize and the lady said that ā i really donāt careā so please get better workers and donāt eat and...
