So my situation was a mess basically I had extensions in already that were due to come out (.they were bad very bad we'll just put it that way) I had went to another person and she clearly did not know what she was doing my hair was a complete mess I was almost tears it was that bad. Anyways I got online and started looking and reading through people's reviews and calling places and I came across the hair extensions lab. When I called they were able to get me in for a consultation with Kellen that same day. When I got there and met with Kellen I explained to him my situation and that I worked every day except for Thursdays and I was leaving for vacation the following week and I really needed them done like ASAP so anyways he called back Olivia and Haley and they all looked in my hair (they felt my pain I believe) and they all went over their schedules and seeing who can move what around to squeeze me in. Thank God for Olivia she was able to get me in just 6 days later and do my extensions. When I first went in there I could not even run my fingers through my hair let alone a brush and now I can just sit here and brush my hair rub my fingers through it flip it I'm not embarrassed by it I love it I absolutely love it! Olivia you did an amazing job telling you have a great business and a great staff I will refer everybody to you guys from now on I already referred my cousin she'll be there next week to get her hair extensions in! I wanted to leave a review after at least one week of wearing the Great Lengths hair extensions. I am so impressed!! Kellen does a great job and takes his time. I was looking for more volume for my very thin hair. I was very self conscious about my hair and had not worn in down in over a month. I arrived to Kellen for my free consultation and he examined my hair and gave his recommendations. He will tell you exactly what you need to do to extend the life of your extensions and how many packs of extension you will need to achieve the look you are going for. Kellen takes his time and I never felt like he was rushing while placing in my extension with the hair fusion technique. He lets you have several breaks to stretch your legs and get a snack. The consultation took approximately 20 min and the extension installation took around 3 hours (I had 4 packs of hair placed). Kellen is so good that his schedule fills up fast but he was able to get my installation scheduled super quick, before I had to go back to work! There are several wefts in each pack and they are so tiny even up close you cannot tell that you have extensions in your hair, they blend in so well. I can wear my hair up, down, curl it, straighten it, wear a pony tail I have so many options that I feel like I would not have if I had chosen another method such as tape exc.
