I come here almost every other day after work, most of the staff is usually very sweet and kind but there is one employee who greeted me today that was so foul. I ordered on the mobile app my previous ordered beverage and there was a mix up on what the size should have been. I wanted a venti, and received a grande. I told the barista i would like a venti and i could pay the difference or even just pay for an entire new drink and take both if that was not a problem. Mind you NOBODY is inside the building, no cars behind me in the drive through or parking lot? The barista looked me in my eyes with the most condescending tone “um yeah it would be an inconvenience there’s only two of us working but have a good day”. This person had no name tag but the tag only said “women”. Who ever this barista is needs training on basic interaction skills and to understand customer service? I am a paying customer who offered more money for the drink I originally came for yet your making me uncomfortable and feel like an inconvenience for ordering…. I will not be coming back to this location. VERY disappointed...
Read moreWe all know large Mike doesn’t do this Starbucks a lot. But I did have a gift card for this facility and it needed to go away so I decided to use it this morning. I sent cash money inside because there was like seven or eight cars in the drive-through. She returned 23 minutes later, and she did not have a smile on her face. She said because of all the online ordering in the drive-through she waited over 10 minutes which I think is an exaggeration honestly , before she was helped. Anyway, they did not have ketchup, which I find kind of odd because they have breakfast sandwiches, which we got two of them. They did not put any sugar requested in my cup of coffee. With the long wait no catch up and forgetting my sugar. This is definitely a one star review.it should be noted. I am giving away the remainder of the gift card to my ex-wife who goes...
Read moreI’m often used to very good customer service from starbucks and very welcoming employees. Here the employees weren’t, they complained about us stopping by with a bird on our shoulder (a little cockatiel who can’t even fly and hiding on my husband’s shoulder). I don’t understand, so dogs are accepted yet little tamed birds are not? But that’s not even the problem, i respect all rules and regulations about pets and what’s allowed and what’s not, the only problem is the way they approached us and asked us to put the bird in the carrier, they were kind of rude, it doesn’t hurt to be nice and ask in a nice way you know?
