I go to this location frequently and spend a reasonable amount of money here. , on more than one occasion I have seen the same Caucasian young lady with bad acne /scarring and curly hair being rude to guests in store & being condescending and yelling. Well today I guess it was my turn. I walked into the outlet side of the store with a canvas tote bag on, I and passed several employees and did my shopping (around 30 minutes) I make my way up to the counter to pay when the said young lady approaches me at the register, doesn’t greet me or say hello just comes up TOUCHES my bag and tells me I have to take it outside. I politely explained to her that I was already checking out and had been in the store with my bag for over 30 minutes. That should have been the end but no, she then demanded to look in my bag. I took her I was not comfortable with that as I didn’t know it was a rule and nobody said anything, she told me she was now and she had been sitting in the break room or she would have stopped me sooner (how is that my problem she wasn’t initially doing her job?) she pressed and checked my bag in front of everyone making me look like I was stealing, I was not and my bag was empty. She then looked at my and yelled (in my face) if you have a problem with this you can email corporate. She then proceeded outside to smoke a cigarettes right in front of the store where everyone is walking in. As I am walking out a women she was calling “mom” who had joined her decided to call out and say my bag looked fuller than when I entered. I told her my bag was bigger as it was filled with items I purchased. Ridiculous. I asked the other girl if she had any indication I was stealing or if there was anything in my bag when she checked. She said no and told me I could email corporate if I didn’t “like her doing her job” the job wasn’t done. She wasn’t on the sales floor and then she passed the blame to me. If she were doing her job I wouldn’t have unknowingly spent 30 minutes in the store with my bag while she was sitting down and smoking. I am looking into legal recourse for the public shame and embarrassment I was subjected to. Not only does this employee look classless and sloppy she acts like it too. Trash. I get this is a discount store but basic respect should be the bare minimum and if she were doing her job and informed me sooner I would have gladly taken my bag to my car. UPDATE: after leaving this review, it looks like they actually tried to do something. However, despite the message I received from customer service confirming the item/invoice number, they decided to process a refund for a different item at a different location and the item is less than half of what my actual refund should be. It seems now they are flat out trying to steal money from me.

When I arrived to pick up an item I won at auction, store employees said they could not locate the item and that I would be refunded in 4-5 days. I tried to clarify and they just repeated 4-5 days. That timeframe has now passed, so I messaged their customer service. The message I received back was “The store may have entered the item into the system to try and find the missing item. When this happens, the store has 10 days to locate the missing item. If it is not found, the item is then refunded on the 11th or 12 day from purchase.”

Absolutely NOWHERE does it say this is what is done. And at no point did the employee I spoke with when trying to pick up the item say that they might hold on to my money for almost 2 whole weeks while they “try to locate the item.”

And while I received this one message from customer service, I have yet to receive any other response. So shopper beware. Store employees will lie about sending you a refund and then customer service will just give you the run around and/or ignore your messages. What a...

I been going there for quite a while and I bring my children with me.. they are toddlers.. I do not want my children to be touching the bins myself because you never know what could happen... but again THEY ARE CHILDREN. This old lady that always takes her sweet time checking people out and worrying about things that are definitely not part of what her job YELLS at me across from the store to watch my child and make sure ITS SEATED AT ALL TIMES. I understand she doesn't know me and she rather worry about me vs the person she needs to check out. but I decided to be the bigger person and I told her "yeah ok" and while I'm proceeding to tell my child to sit down she yells at me again. I mean.. how fast does she think any child can react to instruction. At that time I was already getting disturbed and I told her that I'm complying but that to please work with me as I'm trying to get a CHILD to comply to something she doesn't understand.. after quite few words of back and forth she sends security to me. The guy was more understandable but this definitely left a horrendous taste in my mouth as I would spend literally hundreds of dollars a month at their store. This was no way to approach anyone. The store is a disaster and they are focusing on having the cashiers be police... I mean, have them focus on checking out and let security deal with the customers on other matters.
