I ordered my food online, then came in to wait for my food to finish being prepared. I ordered a glass of ice water which I was charged 65 cents for...ok no big deal I suppose. But then i go and try to find a clean table to sit. I had to literally ask an employee to wash a table for me. Then as I'm sitting there waiting for my food I get to looking around. There's trash and food all over the floor. I decided to let that go too. Then after my food was ready I ate half of one of my sandwiches... yes, I ordered 2 foot long subs, I'm a PAYING customer. Afterwards I wanted to wash my hands. I was informed that both bathrooms are out of order and if I want clean hands I need to go elsewhere. I got upset and gave them a piece of my mind, and told them they would be getting in trouble soon and that I would be giving them a bad review for having a FILTHY UNSANITARY RESTAURANT. I also called and left a message for the health department. Read moreThis is long overdue, I said I'd write the review around Friday of last week and I just kept putting it off. I came here last week in the afternoon, and was greeted by Tony. He then proceeded to give me the best customer service I've received from a Subway, and I've been to quite a few. He made small talk asking about my day to ease the wait time while another customer was being helped, and offered current promotions to let people know about the best deals. He told me about the app, and how I can earn essentially subway money with my purchases. I should have written this when it was fresh in my mind, as I'm not explaining it very well, but Tony was great, I had a wonderful experience (which is odd to say about a sandwich shop) and I doubt I'll find another experience like it. (As a side note, I didn't catch the name of the man who rung me up, and while English didn't seem to be his native tounge, he still managed to be more polite and helpful than many fluent English speakers working fast...
Read moreI put in an order on the subway app. So when I went to pick up my order that "didn't" have the flatizza due to not having any flatbreads. So I had asked the guy how would I go about getting my money back for the flatizzas. So the guys says go onto the app and there is a place where you can say you didn't receive the food(no place at all). So as they guy is explaining a customer walks in and one of her kids ordered a Flatbread sandwich. They did not tell her that they were out of flat breads and proceeded to pull the flat breads out. So I said okay I see where this is going. So today I went in to talk to a manager. The manager was unavailable and the lady asked why did I need a manager. Upon telling her what had happen she turns to talk to the guy that I was talking to last night(that didn't even try to tell them what was going on). So now they basically got 14$ and some change out of me because nobody knows how to refund...
