Taco Bell — Restaurant in Kansas City

Younger employees are nice and helpful. Food is decent. I won't go back though. I'm a delivery driver who placed an order on the app. I entered the restaurant to use the restroom first (because we don't have bathrooms in our "office"), saw they were occupied, walked up to the counter and before I could say anything was yelled at by an employee at the drive through register- "WE DON'T HAVE PUBLIC BATHROOMS!!" Surprised by the verbal attack, I respond, "I'm actually picking up an order." She responds, "Doesn't matter! You're not a customer, you can't use the bathroom!" Realizing that she already misjudged me and literally wasn't hearing the words I was saying, I say, "Did you hear what I said?" Now a younger employee takes over. She asks me my name, finds the order, and brings it to me. I thank her for listening to me. Then I ask her if I can use the restroom. She asks the older lady, she says ok. But now I'm holding my food. (This is the exact situation I was trying to avoid by using the restroom BEFORE I picked up my food.) So the younger lady offers to hold my food for me. Now am I really the first person to walk in and look at the bathrooms before they go up to the counter? Is that really an unacceptable behavior? It is in this place. Maybe the drive through is ok, but they will make you beg to use restroom even if you've already paid for...

I ordered 2 taco supreme meals with Pepsi and 2 spicy potato soft tacos. For $25 you get 6 tacos 2 med drinks and 2 potato soft tacos. I wasn't looking at the prices but what happened to the taco bell we all knew, cheap & good,,? The spicy potato taco smelt funny and the sauce to me was sour. Tacos were broken and soggy stuck to the wrapper. I went through the drive thru and was told to drive around the building to the other side of the store to the double doors entryway & I'm thinking why no one was behind me but I did. Strange by far. Fast food prices are ridiculous anymore. First time I've been here in a long time. The staff was polite and nice but the value of your dollar in my opinion...

They usually get my order right. Every once in a while they miss something but not too often. The lines are always long and the location is terrible. The person at the menu was there for a long time, with nobody in the drive thru in front of him. 2 cars honked at him. The car in front of me left. The truck in between my car and the car at the menu started an argument with them, got angry then turned his car to leave almost hitting the back of the car in front of him, jumped the curb, and sped off. The menu car backed out as if they were gonna go after them. It was a little scary cause you never know when someone has a gun around here and when/if they're gonna pop off. *All for some...
