Burger King — Restaurant in Kansas City

I've never waited so long in a drive thru! This was my first night driving for Door Dash and I learned to refuse orders from this location. I was there twice this evening to pick up orders. The second time, i orders a burger for myself also. The first time i was there i waited about 25 minutes. The second time was over 40 minutes. And my burger wasn't fresh at all! I feel like they need more staff there. They seemed to only have a few people working and the line was out to the street. I watched a shift change while i waited. The people that were there on my first visit left when someone new showed up. So, picture this: While the line is out to the street, one employee walked in the door, and 3 walked out. Smh! I used to work in fast food, so i was nice to the guy that was there, but I didn't make money since i had to burn all that has in the drive thru... I'll avoid this location as much as possible...

I ordered food from here on the app last Friday during my night shift, I pull up and they tell me the grills have just started being cleaned and as such they can't make my order and told me they'll need to refund me and send me on my way. They said it could take a matter of days to receive my refund. Entirely inconvenient but ok. I wait a week and still no refund so I politely reach out to customer service to seek information on the status of my refund. They proceed to tell me that the manager never put in my request for a refund and since the order was placed 7 days ago I get no refund. This is literally theft, you took my money for goods/services and gave me nothing, not a single bite to eat or sip or soda nothing. I deserve to get my refund and if nothing is done I'll be filing a police report. If it has happened to me who knows how many other people they've...

They used to have a good staff, but last time I went the cashier was talking on the phone and that's when she finally came up front. At first no one was at the register. There was a girl getting food together, but she didn't say one moment or even tell anyone that I was there. Once she came up front, she kept walking away and talking to other crew members about the person she was on the phone with and never once said I will be right with you. She didn't tell the person on the phone to hold on, she had a customer or anything. She talked until she finished her conversation, said more to the other workers and then finally asked if she could help me. I have never seen anything like that before and I was door dashing. I hope I don't get another order to go there. I don't even go to that location for my food. Hopefully they get it...
