Pizza Hut is literally a joke anymore. I purchased 2 Hut boxās with a full melt & side and when my husband got home with the order, they were only halves. The First Lady in customer service I talked to told me to go to the store to ask for a remake, when I tried calling the store itself, I ended up getting another representative who was a man and was by far the rudest person I met. He had no manners or hospitality. At first he said that ordering online doesnāt show on the computer in the stores what exactly you ordered and if I wanted that, I should have did a call in order, and not ordered online, then asked if I wanted them to be remade which we wanted but then he came back with ātheyāre out of stockā which pissed us off considering the order was already wrong and I had already been hassling with them for 20+ mins, then I finally asked for a credit. I pulled up to the window, where I then said hello and slowly and clearly stated my name and spelled it. She said nothing. I ended up doing this 3 times. English not being your first language is fine but at some point, go get the assistance of someone else. After the second time, she told me $7 something for a Book-It redemption, twice. I said, maybe wrong order because it's free. She asks for my name again and then she dangled a receipt at me asking if it was me. I confirmed and said yes all the while viewing $0.00 balance due. She then bats her lips, seemingly irritated, says to the gentleman, "she said it's free, it's free", as to mock me. He was ever so kind, handed us our single, individual item, the Book-It pizza and we went on our way. To be frank, it nearly put me in a position to ask for the order to be canceled and that coupon to be returned. Uncertain why some folks are the way they are. The 2nd time the order was ice cold! Now tonight I got the box and one pizza was supposed to be ONLY SAUSAGE AND ONION! Iām allergic to mushroom and little and behold both pizzas had mushroom. And when I say my food was ice cold it was COLD. Then I was told by customer service that the whole order would be replaced. Now they are telling me I will only get a credit of 16.00 this will be the last time we order from this place. Then Iām sent to the store and the man who answered the phone was BEYOND RUDE! I will be calling corporate and Iāll never ever order from this place again.
