Horrible experience, I am surprise to see anyone gave this facility more than 1 star.
We just moved to Houston and this was the closest clinic to us. My wife was expecting a baby so we choose a doctors at this facility. The doctor was excellent but the women at the front desks are very unprofessional, disrespectful and lack basic courtesy or customer service. The few times I visited my the hospital with my wife I wondered why they spoke to her in a condescending tone.
When we had our baby and come in for our first checkup, the nurse or assistant was so unprofessional and disrespectful, she made serval errors and that drew the line for us. They lack compassion at this facility. Everyone who works in a hospital should be able to care for their patients and be compassionate.
I cannot emphasize enough about how unprofessional most of these front desk staff are. They need training.. Basic customer service training. I have 3 kids I have visited several hospitals, I have never had this experience anywhere else. Itâs not a one off, itâs happened the few times I have been there with different staffs.
Itâs sad my wife had to deal with this for the 9 months of her pregnancy but I wonât have my child experience the same. The services here are expensive and I expect to everyone to be professional and provide decent customer service.
Again, this is not a one off as I experienced the same disrespectful and demeaning treatment every time I came with my wife. They talk to you like you are in a government hospital receiving free services. Our delivery bill was almost $6000. The hospital is very expensive, there is no reason why staffs should lack basic customer service training.
I guess this is what happens when you employ people and pay minimum wage, they do not care about the job.
I feel this is a cultural issue at this hospital, the leaders need to look into providing customers services training for all their employees and ensure everyone who walks into a hospital door receives professional care and is treated with respect and compassion.
We will definitely not be coming here anymore. Horrible place to...

Iâve been using Kelsey-Seybold Clinic for the past two years, and it has been nothing short of a nightmare.
From the start, there were issues with processing my insurance claims because my name is too long for their system. The system would cut off a few letters, which caused my claims to be denied due to a mismatch. After a three-way call between my insurance company and Kelsey-Seybold, we agreed they would manually process my claims, and for a while, that solution worked.
However, for the last eight months, my account balance has been steadily increasing. Iâve called multiple times, and every time I was told, âWeâre working on it, donât worry.â Despite their reassurances, two weeks ago I started receiving multiple daily calls from collection agencies about this same balance.
When I called Kelsey-Seybold, they initially claimed they could fix it. A week later, the collections calls continued, so I called again and requested to speak with a manager. They promised a manager would call me back within 72 hours. Itâs been longer than that, and I still havenât received a single follow-up callâonly more aggressive collection calls, sometimes directly from Kelsey-Seybold itself.
Itâs painfully clear that no one at Kelsey-Seybold is reading the notes on my account, and the right hand doesnât know what the left is doing. Despite my repeated explanations, no one has shown any effort to follow the manual claims process that was agreed upon.
The stress this has caused me has been overwhelming. Instead of helping resolve the issue, theyâve ignored their own mistakes and allowed it to escalate to collections, damaging my peace of mind and potentially my credit.
Bottom line: Stay away from this provider. Their lack of coordination and follow-up will destroy your mental health. Theyâve shown no regard for their patients, and I wouldnât wish this...
Read moreI have been back and forth with MRI scheduling at this location all day today trying to get an MRI scheduled for my wife. This morning when I first called Kelsey, they said they were waiting to hear from my insurance regarding the prior authorization. I called my insurance and they informed me that no prior authorization is needed and my copay is $200 for the MRI. I called Kelsey back and informed this to them and they said they still needed to wait for an official prior authorization saying that no authorization is needed (which is super counterintuitive). I called Kelsey again at 4 pm to follow up and received the same response. Called my insurance again who then called Kelsey directly while I was on hold with them. This time Kelsey rep told them that they cannot verify benefits till the MRI is actually scheduled. Called Kelsey back and informed them yet again that no prior authorization is needed. This time the Kelsey rep put my on hold for 30 minutes to verify something, returned and pretended not to hear anything and hung up on me. I called back and the same rep said that everyone had gone for the day and to call back tomorrow. Such audacity. I asked for a supervisor's email and she said she cannot provide that to me and they are all gone for the day. I used to think very highly of Kelsey and have been with them for many years but I have to say that they have now lost a patient forever. The sad part is that this is not a service that you can leave right away because you have health issues and starting the process all over again at another facility is another ordeal. What is a patient to do in such...
