I recently visited Zen. Thai, and I must say, it was an exquisite experience from start to finish. From the moment I stepped through the doors, I was enveloped in an ambiance of tranquility and elegance.

Upon arrival, I was warmly greeted by the friendly and professional staff. The atmosphere was beautifully adorned with tasteful Thai-inspired decor. The foot massage was wonderful plus for the whole massage experience which gave a perfect start.

My partner and I decided to enjoy a couples’ massage at this massage parlor. We called ahead to inquire about availability, and they told us we could come right in. So, we went there with high expectations. However, once we arrived, the situation was entirely different.

Not only were we asked to wait for half an hour, despite calling ahead and being told there were available slots, but what was even more frustrating is that they allowed walk-in customers who arrived after us to receive service before us, which left us feeling incredibly unfair.

We patiently waited for an additional fifteen minutes, but eventually, we decided to leave. The reason was that they seemed unable to provide us with a massage service, possibly due to prior phone reservations. This experience left us extremely disappointed, and we won’t be choosing this massage parlor again. Hopefully, they can improve their service and appointment management.

In addition, I can’t help but ask, if a massage parlor can’t even handle a single appointment properly, what is the purpose...

If I could have gave them a one star I would have, I booked a appointment for 7:30 for a couple massage and I get a missed call led by a text so I back and she’s telling me they close at 7 I have to come at 5:30 I said no your website said you closed at a different time and she said okay 6 im like okay fine. I get to the place and dude is RUDEEE and he’s like you have a appointment and im like yes and tell him my name and he’s like its at 7:30 and I said a lady called and told me to come at 6 soo?? He gets on the phone and take a call with i guess the lady and they are talking for bout 3-5 minutes and he gets off and he’s like well your appointment is at 7:30 I told him cancel it cause im not waiting for that I have dinner reservations its literally my 5 year anniversary and I told him don’t charge me because on everything I’ve seen online you can cancel appointment and than we are sitting in the car and the lady pulls up runs and nothing this place is SOOOO UNPROFESSIONAL DO...
