I been leaving close by this Starbucks for 2 years. That is closest Starbucks or food store to my house. It is 4 minutes walk. My 2 daughters and my self go there almost daily and spend there 20 to 30 $. One of the fastest and best place. I experienced bad service from day shift supervisor there . She is the rudest Starbucks employee I ever seen. She doesn’t take any complaints if they do something wrong and she has bad attitude. Last time I ordered drinks and look very dark so I asked to add more lemon to it . She came to the window with very straight face and look mad and telling me what to say next time even though I said correct but I just apologize because my daughter with me and do not want make it worst. But I was thinking why I did not tell her she was so bossy and rude. This morning , If possible make one way drive through since in the morning very busy and a lot times ppl just cut the line and come from the other side , where is the old Walmart was she totally agree. The lady that took the order was very nice and agreed but supervisor came when she heard the lady talking to me and was talking over me and did not even let me finish my words and she said we can’t do anything. The person who cut the line and was infront of me was ok to do that . I asked her to tell the manager or someone above her if possible do one line go through instead ppl coming from other side and cutting long line . Supervisor said the manager on vacation and she is the supervisor and she saw me in the window her body language and face was ready to say more things . But really shouldn’t be that why . I am a supervisor too at my job but this is not right way to talk to customers. I will go to the other Starbucks next time in the morning. Second shift are amazing ppl. Read moreUnfortunately I am having to give a bad review, they used to be on point with drinks and I did not mind the drive. I always purchase from here more than once during the week for work so it's always more than one order as well but the drinks have been watered down. I did mention this at the drive through on Friday and the manager stepped in and had her star barista take care of me which he made them taste fab so today I order three venti size drinks yet they again were back to watered down. Not happy at all! there goes $18 in the trash once again. That puts it at 5th time money going to the trash. I should not have to ask please make my drink flavorful specifically when you ask for a tip on your card machine. I am going out of my way to your establishment instead of the competition, I'm asking you for a service and I'm paying for it. Read moreAs much as I love Starbucks coffee as I will never go back to this location again unless I speak to mgmt. What happenes is that we were sitting outside and they closed 8:30. At 8:32 my 4 year old needed to go to the bathroom urgent (number 2) there were 4 people in there. All of them watching us standing out there (almost begging) for my son to use rhe bathroom quick but they rudely and carelessly said no and ignored us. We left all our belongings and i literally ran with my son to the boxing place next door that was also closed but opened the door for us and let my son in. Very rude and unprofessional and obviously none of them has kids or understands how to deal with an emergency situatioj like that. Not a very nice for their community who pays for the coffee that pays foe their salaries. They need to have more sense of community.
