El Kourmet — Restaurant in Katy

I live literally 2 minutes away from the one on fry rd. I made a call and ordered a salad. I went to pick it up , and the lady told me that I did not call them. I told her , yes I did , it was 20 minutes ago . She picked yo the phone and called another location, and apparently I had called a different location. I did not know that there was another location in katy. So I explained this to them. I asked if they could order a salad from them , and it was a mistake ordering from the other location. They denied me service and refused to make and sell me a salad. They told me if I wanted a salad , that I would have to drive to the one that was 30 minutes away , to get one. I asked for the manager , and he told me the same thing. My wife called them on a different day, trying to order. We decided that we would give them another chance , even after I was totally disrespected and was refused service, just because I made a mistake and called the wrong location. After my wife called three times , they finally answered the phone. As my wife was literally ordering the food, the lady on the phone had an attitude . All.of a sudden the phone thing up. My wife tried calling back and no one answered , after.three more attempts. The service sucked and there was absolutely no reason that the lady should not have answered again, after hanging up . Will NEVER get our business again. Food is pretty good, but customer service...

I have always been a fan of Kourmet since they opened the food truck years ago! Their food is amazing although they keep struggling with their service! Today I ordered through phone to pick up just 3 items, it was kind a of late 9:45pm… and I confused the location and went to pick up at westheimer instead of fry road which is where I ordered by mistake.. I told the store manager that it was my bad and if he could prepare my food, and I would have paid a little extra but he said NO… I asked him for the owner whom I know for years since I’m a recurrent customer but he was not there unfortunately! They need to learn about customer service! Yes it was my mistake to pick up at the wrong location but they could have helped me prepare the food I ordered and I would have tipped or even pay for the food prepared at fry road location but I was not given any option at all! hello again, its me and i want to talk a little bit about this place , i went there yesterday for the first time because one of my coworkers told me about this it, but this a joke, the food is imitation of course, but that is not exactly the case the people there are rude and unprofessional while my wife and i were eating they were laughing very loud and joking and dancing behind the counter, i do not know if the owner of this place is there during business hours but what a saw yesterday was disgusting, the food quality is very poor and also pricey, so in general i do not recommend this place to any one that like good ,customer service, good food and fair prices, why ? because this place serve mostly junk food and in my case I'm running away from those ...
