Kaufman County Court House — Local services in Kaufman

I called them years ago to remind them to please update address on Google maps (it's no longer on mulberry, see their website for address 1902 E. US Highway 175 Kaufman, TX 75142) so people wouldn't go to the wrong address but they dismissed me. I tried updating it but it didn't work. The front desk people are kind but some listen to court requests that are unethical or borderline illegal. At least one of the judges does not follow the law. Keep the law handy and make sure your lawyer is standing up for your rights. Too many snap judgements and not enough due process of the law. Remind them of DUE process. I know they are humans but that's why we have due process to keep courts upholding our liberties. In God we trust, anyone can be a better person even a judge...

Might have to agree with the review before this one that this place is definitely corrupt. Courthouse closed for remodel during time of answer need to be answered. As stated in the Texas tate law arrived first date Court House reopens. The judge signs saying that I didn't do a timely answer. Is the judge unaware you'll are closed? Yes, sounds like corruption to me and then docs are not even available on the state website so the other attorney's I have to hire now can see.
